There are 150 hours left in my 3rd full season in Clash of Moland. A little less than 1 week. I'm already certain that I'm going to achieve my best result so far, so today I was looking at how to maximize that.
As I wrote before, this season I am focusing on Arena Ranking. This is where I saw the best chance to finish at the top of the leaderboard. Top means top400-500 for me. 😀
My current ranking:
When you reach the first 500, the prize increases every 10 places, so you can make a lot of progress here. My current ranking and prize money, if the season ended now, would be the same as the total winnings of the previous season.
Since 1 challenge is added every hour to the ones that can be used, and this is maximized at 20, it is not possible to make great progress or fall back. Of course, even 50-100 places already matter a lot here, so on the last day of the season, luck will certainly have a lot to do with who I have to fight battles with.
Out of the 3 main things that can improve the effectiveness of my Arena army, I can only improve 2. One is these 4 buildings. The maximum level is 20. Maybe I can upgrade the Barrack to that level. Since I use Infantry, this is the most important thing.
The other is Academy Research. Here, Attack and Defense II should be upgraded to at least level 15, as well as Leadership should be maximized. This adds extra soldiers to the army. 1 level per hero gives 200 soldiers.
I'm doing quite well in the other 2 Rankings as well, compared to last season. There is a good chance that I will reach the top500 in Prosperity as well.
Here, too, the prize increases every 10 places upon reaching the first 500. As you can see, this is not far away, and I will definitely have at least 15k more prosperity points from the Territory, and I will also obviously be able to upgrade several buildings, what also gives prosperity points.
Prestige. That's another question. It's not worth going much further than the first 200 at the moment. The costs are too high, the potential extra rewards are too little. This is actually a ranking list of points received after pvp battles on the map.
Otherwise, the game's tokens have been doing well for the past few weeks. Their prices rose by nearly 50%, for both MBOX and MEC tokens.
Besides, I'm already looking ahead to the next season. I haven't written about this yet, since I started playing without spending money, so I didn't even have the opportunity to use this option until now. However, I will probably be able to use this as well from the next season. Wishing Pool.
Here you can stake the MEC token and therefore receive 5 different rewards. What is important to me is the Master Drawing. This is required to upgrade all buildings above level 10 and is never enough. Staking 500 MEC tokens, I would receive an average of 1 Master Drawing per day. This would mean at least +5k prosperity points, and it would also indirectly help the Arena ranking.
I'm slowly but surely improving, moving up in the game. Speaking of development. A few weeks ago I discovered the ecency front-end platform on Hive. I've already posted a few times through this, and I regularly vote on other people's posts using ecency. Thanks to this, I have now collected 150 Ecency Points, so I will have the opportunity to try the boost option.
