The "AI controlled technocracy" is a myth. "AI" doesn't think. "AI" knows only what it is told to know by its programmers. While I believe that the goal is a worldwide tyranny, some machine won't be autonomously running things. The ruling class will remain as rulers, with "AI" being it's enforcer.
