Siendo este un excelente ejercicio para manifestar nuestros propósitos o deseos. De manera perfecta manifestar por escrito, por el verbo y la visualización. En internet se puede encontrar información relacionada con guías y el paso a paso.
Yo te cuento mi manera a través de mi experiencia.

Me descalzo para caminar por el jardín y recibir los primeros rayos del sol agradeciendo el privilegio de observarlo cada mañana. El frio de la montaña comienza a ceder ante los finos rayos de luz que van calentando las nubes despejando el horizonte, mostrando el contraste entre la inmensidad de los árboles y el azul infinito del mar…
Los destellos sutiles de luz los voy sintiendo en mi piel y con su magia va dando vida al color de los verdes árboles, a la grama que piso, avivando cada flor. Estoy en mi lugar soñado rodeada entre dos grandes; la magia de la montaña y el misterio de mar.
Me encuentro en el lugar perfecto… palabras que va repitiendo mi mente, mis ojos van reconociendo colores, mi nariz respira el aire frio y puro de los árboles, mis oídos escuchan el susurro del viento y el cantar de aves, mis pies sintiendo la humedad de la tierra, avanzo con pequeños pasos girando y con los brazos abiertos recibiendo la energía del lugar mientras mi voz repite: me encuentro en el lugar perfecto.
Con toda esta emocionalidad camino por el lugar, me arreglo la capucha del suéter cubriéndome del frio. A lo lejos observo tres estructuras en forma de cabañas, cubierta de vitrales y de puertas transparentes, permitiendo que la luz del sol al reflejarse inunde el espacio desde cualquier posición, en total deleite encontrarse con este paisaje por las mañanas, los atardeceres, las noches de lunas y estrellas.
Al entrar en una de las casas, todo está dispuesto de forma ordenada y acogedora, desde el color de los muebles, el amplio salón con sillones, cojines y calefacción para la comodidad de los visitantes. Además, cuenta con un pequeño camino exterior para realizar actividades nocturnas a la luz de la luna y rituales con el fuego.
Allí en el centro de lugar estoy, me voy acercando despacio me detengo y me observo, me pongo de pie ante mí, tomo mis manos: mi yo con una sonrisa me dice:
-Bienvenida al Nido lugar el reposo, todo lo dispuse según tu gusto como lo pediste.
-Gracias te doy mi yo por permite visualizar, construir y sentir cada detalle de este lugar.

Gracias por mantenerme firme sin distracción en mi propósito.
-El propósito es ser feliz…
I go barefoot to walk through the garden and receive the first rays of the sun, grateful for the privilege of observing it every morning. The cold of the mountain begins to give way to the fine rays of light that warm the clouds and clear the horizon, showing the contrast between the immensity of the trees and the infinite blue of the sea...
I feel the subtle flashes of light on my skin and with its magic it gives life to the color of the green trees, to the grass I walk on, enlivening each flower. I am in my dream place surrounded by two greats; the magic of the mountain and the mystery of the sea.
I am in the perfect place... words that my mind repeats, my eyes are recognizing colors, my nose breathes the cold and pure air of the trees, my ears listen to the whisper of the wind and the singing of birds, my feet feel the humidity of the earth, I advance with small steps turning and with my arms open receiving the energy of the place while my voice repeats: I am in the perfect place.
With all this emotionality I walk through the place, I fix the hood of my sweater covering me from the cold. In the distance I observe three structures in the form of huts, covered with stained glass and transparent doors, allowing the sunlight to flood the space from any position, in total delight to meet this landscape in the mornings, sunsets, nights of moons and stars.
Upon entering one of the houses, everything is arranged in an orderly and cozy way, from the color of the furniture, the spacious living room with armchairs, cushions and heating for the comfort of visitors. In addition, it has a small outdoor path for moonlight night activities and fire rituals.
There in the center of the place I am, I approach slowly I stop and observe myself, I stand before me, I take my hands: my self with a smile tells me:
-Welcome to Nest place the rest, I arranged everything according to your taste as you asked.
-Thank you my self for allowing me to visualize, build and feel every detail of this place.
Thank you for bringing it to life,
Thank you for keeping me steady without distraction in my purpose.
-The purpose is to be happy...
