Afortunadamente he tenido unos padres amorosos y responsables que siempre se han preocupado por mantener la salud física y emocional de sus hijos. Ese amor conlleva a dar muchas cosas tangibles e intangibles, unas nos han dado felicidad y otras un poco de amargura, pero todo ha sido por nuestro bien. Quizás para algunos puede ser contradictorio que use la palabra amargura, pero sí, a veces algunas situaciones no nos agradan del todo y pudieran parecer injustas, pero nuestros padres siempre van a querer nuestro bienestar, por eso tantas veces nos han reprendido firmemente.
Papá y mamá siempre llevaron la pauta, establecieron límites pero también fueron muy detallistas creando momentos especiales. Hoy día al hacer una introspección para responder esta pregunta, veo que han sido innumerables regalos de gran valor más sentimental que material, regalos que han perdurado a través del tiempo.
En mi niñez, la navidad era la época más esperada para recibir los regalos del niño Jesús, el día de navidad y los del día de reyes en enero. Eso aunado a los estrenos de ropa todos los 24 y 31 de diciembre y los 06 de enero hacían de mi vida un poema. En verdad tuve una infancia muy feliz, aunque a veces solo encontraba unas pocas monedas en mis zapatos mis padres siempre se ocuparon de regalarnos alegría. 😃
Desde mi punto de vista, los regalos más valiosos que he recibido de mis padres pienso que han sido la educación y los valores cristianos. La educación porque me han permitido formarme como profesional, gracias al esfuerzo que hicieron mis padres pude ir a la universidad en otra localidad. Estudié con muchas dificultades pero lo logré, gracias a eso hoy día ejerzo la profesión que yo escogí y la que me hace feliz.
En cuanto a los valores cristianos, estos han sido un pilar fundamental en la formación de mi personalidad y un factor clave para enfrentar tantas dificultades en la vida. Una vez leí un mensaje que decía enseña a tus hijos a orar, inicialos en la fe, enseñalos a amar a Dios y verás que cuando tengan dificultades ellos podrán salir adelante sin perder su esencia. Eso se compagina con lo que mis padres me han inculcado en la vida.
No siempre los regalos materiales son los de mayor valor, particularmente creo que hay cosas cuyo valor es incalculable y de mayor provecho para nuestro crecimiento personal y para nuestra realización en la vida. Hoy día estoy agradecida por tener unos padres que con su dedicación y esmero me dieron lo que nadie podria robarme.

Perhaps for some it may be contradictory to use the word bitterness, but yes, sometimes some situations do not please us at all and may seem unfair, but our parents will always want our welfare, that's why so many times they have firmly reprimanded us.
Mom and Dad always led the way, they set limits but they were also very detailed in creating special moments. Today, as I look back to answer this question, I see that there have been countless gifts of great value, more sentimental than material, gifts that have endured through time.
In my childhood, Christmas was the most awaited time to receive gifts from the baby Jesus, on Christmas Day and on Three Kings Day in January. That together with the new clothes every 24th and 31st of December and the 6th of January made my life a poem. In truth I had a very happy childhood, although sometimes I only found a few coins in my shoes my parents always took care of giving us joy.
From my point of view, the most valuable gifts I have received from my parents I think have been education and Christian values. Education because they have allowed me to form myself as a professional, thanks to the effort my parents made I was able to go to university in another locality. I studied with many difficulties but I made it, and thanks to that, today I practice the profession I chose and the one that makes me happy.
As for Christian values, these have been a fundamental pillar in the formation of my personality and a key factor in facing so many difficulties in life. I once read a message that said teach your children to pray, initiate them in the faith, teach them to love God and you will see that when they have difficulties they will be able to get ahead without losing their essence. This is in line with what my parents have instilled in me in my life.
It is not always the material gifts that are the most valuable, I particularly believe that there are things whose value is incalculable and of greater benefit for our personal growth and for our fulfillment in life. Today I am grateful for having parents who with their dedication and care gave me what no one could steal from me.
