Sin embargo, las enseñanzas de mi padre transformaron esa adversidad. «Recógete y, cada vez que salgas de tu introspección, vuelve más fuerte», me dijo. Esas palabras actuaron como un catalizador: mi actitud se endureció, aprendí a defenderme y, aunque enfrenté disputas, peleas e incluso sesiones de terapia por rebelarme contra mis agresores, cada experiencia me dotó de resiliencia. Con el tiempo, desarrollé un carácter persuasivo y observador, además de habilidades en peleas callejeras que, paradójicamente, me ayudaron a ganar respeto sin perder mi esencia pacífica.
Pero mi identidad no se limita a mis padres biológicos. Mis abuelos, tíos y tías —una red extensa y diversa— también moldearon mi espíritu. De ellos heredé un salvajismo controlado, una valentía que disipa miedos y una adaptabilidad excepcional. Al crecer entre familiares distribuidos en entornos distintos —desde zonas rurales hasta ciudades—, aprendí a ajustarme rápidamente a cualquier ambiente. Cuando me preguntan cómo lo logro, solo sonrío: es el legado invisible de quienes me rodearon, un collage de enseñanzas que me convirtieron en un camaleón social.
Esta dualidad también se refleja en mis raíces. Mi madre creció en un entorno montañoso, ligado a la tranquilidad de la naturaleza, los cantos de los pájaros y la paz de la playa.
