Saludos amigos de la comunidad de @holos-lotus, con la iniciativa que nos trae la estimada @damarysvibra, en su columna Integrales y en Expansión, con referencia al tema: "¿Quién soy?” (Semana No. 16) "Lo que puedo aportar de mí", especialmente lo que vincula el "yo" con el mundo, con el otro y con nuestro propósito de vida, en otras palabras le otorga sentido a nuestra existencia, a continuación mi participación
Creo que existe bondad en los seres humanos, y aunque en cierta ocasión me haya sentido defraudada, no por eso debo pensar que todas las personas actúan mal, la verdad es que no es así.
Entonces me animo cuando busco reflexionar las siguientes palabras que les comparto, las que he sentido como inspiración y grandes enseñanzas:
Provocar que salga algo bueno donde parece haber algo malo
Puedo darme la oportunidad a mis ojos y a mi corazón de buscar las cosas buenas, si cometo errores también tengo otra oportunidad de aprender algo que me hace ser mejor que antes, porque nadie es perfecto, el único es Dios y hasta yo misma puedo hacer ese cambio, provocar que salga algo bueno de donde sólo parece haber algo malo.
Si tengo buena actitud voy a recibir lo mismo y la vez espero dejar con mis pasos esa sensación de amor en el aire, una sonrisa, unas palabras o un abrazo que pueden ayudar a muchas personas sin que nos demos cuenta.
Y cuando les ayudas, aunque sea así en lo poco, verás que también acabarás recibiendo eso mismo que das.
El ánimo de ayudar a los demás
Si he sido capaz de haberme reído y escuchado a mis amigas, en momentos cuando lo único que deseabas era llorar, pero creyendo en mí misma, de que sabía salir adelante ante ciertas situaciones.
Porque aunque ya haya tenido que pasar por estos momentos más de una vez y siempre doy vuelta y miro de nuevo el sol, con ánimo de ayudar a los demás, llenando mi interior de energía y gozo.
Específicamente tuve la oportunidad de ayudar a muchos jóvenes, a entrar a estudiar una carrera en la universidad donde soy personal jubilada, con las indicaciones de cómo registrarse en el proceso y hoy día la mayoría son profesionales y eso me llena de alegría.
Enseña amor a aquellos que te conozcan
Y deja que ese amor que llevas dentro de ti, te fortalezca. Siéntete orgullosa de haber dejado tu huella en cada persona que has conocido.
Siempre tendrán buenos recuerdos de ti y la esperanza que dabas, y así serás recordada siempre. No te preocupes si amaste y no te amaron si sólo duró un poco, piensa simplemente no era lo que buscabas, no era para ti.
Hay algo que todos podemos tener en común
Aunque las cosas materiales nos ayudan a tener una mejor calidad de vida, no lo es todo, eso sólo te llena un rato, luego queda ese vacío que hay que llenar con mejores cosas, amor, bondad y paciencia. Tú estás llena de esos sentimientos, enseña o regala a otros lo que hay de bueno en ti.
Todos somos personas diferentes, de distintos colores, condiciones y niveles económicos, pero hay algo que todos podemos tener en común: la bondad. Una persona buena como tú, no es menos que los demás, eres buena, siempre serás buena, y por ello hasta la muerte te recordarán así, con bellos pensamientos que invitan a ser mejores cada día.
Respeta a cada persona, así ganarás el respeto de los demás
A veces la gente buscar aprovecharse de tu forma de ser porque eres bondadosa, sumisa y callada, piensan que eres una débil porque no te gusta pelear, discutir y mucho más si aceptas algunas cosas que para otras personas está mal, en fin nunca quedan satisfechas con nada.
Es triste toparnos con gente que tratan de sacar ventaja de la bondad de las personas, lo único que logran es alejar a la gente, lamentablemente esto pasa entre los miembros de algunas familias.
Respeta a cada persona, para que también te ganes el respeto de los demás. Sé buena y serás respetada.
Sé positiva, siempre hay cosas buenas y malas, pero te conoces, sabes que tienes un gran corazón y sólo por eso vale la pena que otras personas te conozcan. No te escondas, eres una criatura guerrera que ha librado muchas batallas, pero la última la vas a decidir sólo tú.
Cuando te levantes, hazlo con ánimo. Despierta feliz, con gratitud en nuestro creador por el sólo hecho que tienes todo un nuevo día por delante, creo firmemente en el momento en que simplemente confío y obedezco lo que Dios nos dice con su palabra, me doy cuenta que las cosas toman un nuevo rumbo, uno en que puedes ayudar a otros que más adelante también te ayudarán a ti.

I can give my eyes and my heart the chance to look for the good things, if I make mistakes I also have another chance to learn something that makes me better than before, because nobody is perfect, the only one is God and even I myself can make that change, cause something good to come out where there only seems to be something bad.
If I have a good attitude I will receive the same and at the same time I hope to leave with my steps that feeling of love in the air, a smile, a few words or a hug that can help many people without us realising it.
And when you help them, even if it is just a little, you will see that you will also end up receiving the same thing you give.
The spirit of helping others
I have been able to laugh and listen to my friends, at times when all you wanted to do was cry, but believing in myself, that I knew how to get through certain situations.
Because even though I have had to go through these moments more than once, I always turn around and look at the sun again, in the spirit of helping others, filling my inner self with energy and joy.
Specifically I had the opportunity to help many young people, to enter a career at the university where I am retired staff, with the indications of how to register in the process and today most of them are professionals and that fills me with joy.
Teach love to those who know you
And let that love that you carry within you, strengthen you. Be proud that you have left your mark on every person you have met.
They will always have good memories of you and the hope you gave, and you will always be remembered. Don't worry if you loved and weren't loved if it only lasted a little while, just think it wasn't what you were looking for, it wasn't for you.
There is something we can all have in common
Although material things help us to have a better quality of life, they are not everything, they only fill you up for a while, then there is a void that needs to be filled with better things, love, kindness and patience. You are full of these feelings, teach or give to others what is good in you.
We are all different people, of different colours, conditions and economic levels, but there is one thing we can all have in common: kindness. A good person like you is not less than others, you are good, you will always be good, and that is why until death you will be remembered as such, with beautiful thoughts that invite you to be better every day.
Respect every person, this way you will gain the respect of others
Sometimes people try to take advantage of the way you are because you are kind, submissive and quiet, they think you are weak because you don't like to fight, argue and much more if you accept some things that for other people is wrong, in short they are never satisfied with anything.
It is sad to come across people who try to take advantage of people's goodness, the only thing they achieve is to push people away, unfortunately this happens among members of some families.
Respect each person, so that you will also earn the respect of others. Be good and you will be respected.
Be positive, there are always good and bad things, but you know yourself, you know you have a big heart and for that alone it is worthwhile for other people to know you. Don't hide, you are a warrior creature who has fought many battles, but the last one will be decided by you alone.
When you wake up, wake up with courage. Wake up happy, with gratitude in our creator for the mere fact that you have a whole new day ahead of you, I firmly believe the moment I simply trust and obey what God tells us with his word, I realise that things take a new direction, one in which you can help others who will later help you too.
