La frase bÃblica que más me gusta dice asÃ: "Hay más felicidad en dar que en recibir". Al escucharla, algunos pueden pensar que se refiere solamente a las cosas materiales, pero esta frase también se refiere a la parte espiritual de los seres humanos. Debemos animar a las personas de nuestro entorno, ya sean amigos, familiares o desconocidos.
The biblical phrase that I like the most goes like this: "There is more happiness in giving than in receiving". When hearing it, some may think that it refers only to material things, but this phrase also refers to the spiritual part of human beings. We should encourage the people around us, whether they are friends, family or strangers.
Pienso que este es el tema de esta iniciativa: ayudar a las personas. Como dice @damarysvibra, somos energÃa en constante interacción con los demás. A mà me agradan este tipo de temas, interactuar con otras personas, animarlas en lo que pueda y, sobre todo, tener una energÃa positiva desde bien temprano por la mañana.

No se puede cansar uno de ayudar a los demás, aunque a veces estemos demasiado agobiados. Cuando trabajé durante algunos años en salud pública, creÃa que lo que hacÃa era mi forma de ayudar al prójimo, no solo porque aliviaba el dolor de los pacientes inmovilizándolos y colocándoles el yeso, sino también porque muchas veces les hablaba para consolarlos. Muchos pacientes llegaban llorando y con miedo, tanto niños como adultos. Algunos me contaban sus problemas. También trataba de tener una camaraderÃa con mis compañeros de trabajo, para que reinara la armonÃa. Son buenos recuerdos, aunque se trabajaba mucho. Quizás en un futuro vuelva a trabajar en salud para ayudar a las personas.
You can't get tired of helping others, even if sometimes we are too overwhelmed. When I worked for some years in public health, I believed that what I was doing was my way of helping others, not only because I relieved patients' pain by immobilizing them and putting them in casts, but also because I often talked to them to comfort them. Many patients came to me crying and afraid, both children and adults. Some would tell me about their problems. I also tried to have a camaraderie with my co-workers, so that harmony reigned. These are good memories, although it was hard work. Maybe in the future I will go back to work in health to help people.
Me gusta conversar y escuchar, no solo a los jóvenes, sino también a personas de edad avanzada. Actualmente la situación económica, impide que uno pueda ayudar más a los demás, aunque en esta iniciativa se fomenta el crecimiento personal. Me gusta escuchar los concejos de las personas mayores y, a la vez, saber escuchar los problemas o necesidades que me quieren contar, porque al tener a alguien que te escuche y te entienda, hace que te sientas reconfortafo. Hubo un tiempo en que pude ayudar a dos personas mayores, cuyos nombres nunca olvidaré: Antonio y MarÃa. Muchas veces los pude invitar a comer y, a veces, iban a mi casa a tomar café. Hablaba con ellos y los animaba.
I like to talk and listen, not only to young people, but also to older people. Currently, the economic situation prevents one from helping others more, although this initiative encourages personal growth. I like to listen to the advice of older people and, at the same time, to know how to listen to the problems or needs that they want to tell me, because having someone who listens to you and understands you, makes you feel comforted. There was a time when I was able to help two elderly people, whose names I will never forget: Antonio and Maria. Many times I was able to invite them to lunch and sometimes they would come to my house for coffee. I would talk to them and encourage them.
Son muchas las formas varios los aportes de contribuir a la humanidad: hay quien crea proyectos sociales o se ofrece como voluntario para ayudar a los más necesitados, hay quien hace donaciones y hay quien ayuda psicológicamente a personas vÃctimas de desastres naturales o guerras, ya sea quien haya sufrido un accidente o esté pasando por una penosa enfermedad. En fin, hay muchas formas de ayudar a los demás a ser felices y hacer que otros también sientan felicidad.
There are many ways to contribute to humanity: there are those who create social projects or volunteer to help those in need, there are those who make donations, and there are those who psychologically help people who are victims of natural disasters or wars, whether they have suffered an accident or are going through a painful illness. Espero que mis palabras te animen. No tenemos el poder de eliminar los problemas de las personas, ni de hacer desaparecer sus enfermedades, pero sà podemos mostrarles afecto, brindarles una mano amiga y escucharles cuando necesiten hablar con alguien. Buena semana a todos.
