Today, I want to share with all of you my experience of the 4th therapy with Ms. Fatima Cedeño, as I mentioned in my previous post is a patient who has lumbar scoliosis, the first thing I asked the patient when she came to the consultation was how she felt about her lumbar dorsal cervical pain, on a scale of 1 to 10 and she replied that she has 0% pain. She had an ocular inspection of her spine and in the sacral area she had edema and it was still swollen, she was palpated to verify if she felt pain and she responded that she felt 1% of pain with strong pressure, but the patient indicated that she could sleep well, she could walk and do her daily activities, The treatment consists of 3 months at the beginning and after those 3 months she was recommended to have an x-ray examination to verify the evolution of her spine and thus continue with her treatment until the end of the six months, this is to evaluate the evolution of her improvement in her spine.
Hoy, quiero compartir con todos ustedes mi experiencia de la 4° terapia con la Srta. Fátima Cedeño, como les comenté en mi post anterior es una paciente que presenta escoliosis lumbar, lo primero que se le preguntó a la paciente cuando llego a la consulta fue como se sentía de su dolor cérvico dorsal lumbar, en la escala del 1 al 10 y ella respondió que tiene 0% de dolor. Se le hizo una inspección ocular a su columna vertebral y en la zona sacral presenta edema todavía lo tiene inflamado, se le palpó para verificar si sentía dolor y ella respondió que siente el 1% de dolor a la presión fuerte, pero me indica la paciente que puede dormir bien puede caminar y hacer sus actividades diarias, se le hizo 4° tratamiento para ir mejorando su sintomatología, el tratamiento consiste en 3 meses al principio y después de esos 3 meses se le recomendó hacer el examen de radiografía para verificar la evolución de su columna vertebral y así seguir con su tratamiento hasta cumplir los seis meses, esto es para evaluar la evolución de su mejoría en la columna vertebral.

Se le hicieron masajes terapéuticos, quiropraxia y estiramientos, movimientos pasivos y activos para regular su flexión y extensión hasta los rangos finales para ver si tiene limitaciones. Así como lo muestro en la siguiente foto.
The patient has no limitations and can now flex her spine in a flexible and harmonious manner.
La paciente no presenta limitaciones y ya puede flexionar su columna vertebral de una manera flexible y armoniosa.
She was instructed and taught Williams therapeutic exercises to strengthen the lumbar area. Regarding the insomnia, the patient expressed that she is resting and sleeping very well since her first therapies, she feels very happy and grateful. She also expressed that she still cannot control, be nervous and has not improved at all.
Se le indicó y se le enseñó ejercicios terapéuticos de Williams para fortalecer la zona lumbar. Y con respecto al insomnio, la paciente expresó que está descansando y durmiendo muy bien desde sus primeras terapias, se siente muy contenta y agradecida. También me expresó que todavía no puede controlar, estar nerviosa y no se le ha mejorado del todo.
To finalize today's treatment, moxibustion was applied, which consists of generating heat in the points with a cylindrical tube to further strengthen the treatment, making the formula stronger so that the patient recovers faster from her ailments.
Para finalizar el tratamiento del día de hoy, se le aplicó moxibustión, esto consiste en generar calor en los puntos con un tubo cilíndrico para fortalecer aún más el tratamiento, haciendo la fórmula más fuerte para que la paciente se recupere más rápido de sus dolencias.

With this procedure we finished the treatment today. The patient was instructed to continue complying with all the recommendations that were given to her in her first week, since this is serving her wellbeing, as mentioned by Ms. Fatima.
Con este procedimiento terminamos el tratamiento del día de hoy. Se le indicó a la paciente seguir cumpliendo con todas las recomendaciones que se le dieron en su primera semana, ya que esto está sirviendo para su bienestar, ya lo mencionó la srta. Fátima.
The patient was recommended to keep his mind occupied in his tastes, what he likes to do, go out, walk and walk 15 minutes a day and listen to music, and go to bed early to sleep has to take that habit for his improvement of his insomnia because early rest helps to oxygenate his brain and internal organs, thus improving his pineal gland which is responsible for wakefulness and sleep.
Se le recomendó al paciente tener su mente ocupada en sus gustos, lo que le gusta a hacer, salir, pasear y caminar 15 minutos diarios y escuchar música, y acostarse a dormir temprano tiene tomar ese hábito para su mejoría de su insomnio porque el descansar temprano ayuda a oxigenar su cerebro y órganos internos, mejorando así su glándula pineal que es la responsable de la vigilia y sueño.
