Me gustó mucho ese consejo de: "Si estás desanimado, ve y anima a otro, al menos con palabras."
Es importantísimo que entendamos este consejo, porque animar a otro implica darse y el dar habitualmente genera dar; por lo tanto, todas esas cosas positivas se devuelven, al menos el agradecimiento y el hacer sentir bien a otra persona siempre nos va a redundar en el bienestar y en la sensación de paz y de luz dentro de nosotros.

I really liked that advice, "If you are discouraged, go and encourage someone else, at least with words."
It is very important that we understand this advice, because encouraging another implies giving oneself and giving usually generates giving; therefore, all those positive things are returned, at least the gratitude and making another person feel good will always result in well-being and in the feeling of peace and light within us.
