Unfortunately burnout syndrome is a real thing and it's affecting so many these days.
I also learned two things that were positive points for my work break, the first was to delegate functions, and the second was not to take my work home with me.
This is good, it can take off some pressure and help you organize things better. Worse when you're working alone and from home :) But even so, you can find a healthy balance to avoid burning out.
