Un saludo mi querida comunidad @holoslotus y a todos lo que hacen vida en esta linda plataforma, esta vez me encuentro participando en una nueva iniciativa mas alegre en lo que se refiere a la anterior que compartà creada por la amiga @lilianajimenez, para hablarles ahora sobre un tema que en lo personal me encanta ya que es una de mis épocas favoritas del año, La Navidad!..una festividad que de solo imaginarla ya me causa mucha emoción y bienestar.
Hablándoles un poco sobre la historia o el origen de tal emoción o felicidad hacia esta linda festividad es por los bonitos recuerdos que me trae a la mente cada que llega un nuevo año, pensando en todos los preparativos que esta conlleva, la mayorÃa de ellas especiales ya que involucra mucha unión y reencuentro entre la familia. También por otro lado, es poco nostálgico una vez se acercan estas fechas, sobre todo por mi cumpleaños, ya que este año por ejemplo, no estarán a mi lado personas a las que quise mucho y fueron muy especiales para mi. Y aunque parezca raro para aquellas personas que me conocen el pensar que a mi me guste mucho la navidad, sobre todo al saber que los primeros años de mi vida no la pase junto a mis padres en esas fechas, para mi vale y pesa mas los bonitos momentos que pase con las personas que me acompañaron en ese momento y hasta el dÃa de hoy, que ya estamos próximos a celebrarlo, en su honor, continuo con sus tradiciones ahora al lado de mi familia, esposo e hijos.
Greetings my dear community @holoslotus and all who make life in this beautiful platform, this time I am participating in a new initiative more cheerful in what refers to the previous one I shared created by the friend @lilianajimenez, to talk now about a topic that I personally love because it is one of my favorite times of the year, Christmas!...a holiday that just imagine it already causes me much excitement and well being.
Talking to you a little about the history or the origin of such emotion or happiness towards this beautiful holiday is because of the beautiful memories that it brings to my mind every time a new year arrives, thinking about all the preparations that it entails, most of them special because it involves a lot of union and reunion among the family. Also on the other hand, it is a little nostalgic once these dates approach, especially for my birthday, since this year for example, people that I loved very much and were very special to me will not be by my side. And although it may seem strange for those who know me to think that I like Christmas very much, especially knowing that I did not spend the first years of my life with my parents on those dates, for me it is worth and weighs more the beautiful moments I spent with the people who accompanied me at that time and to this day, that we are about to celebrate it, in their honor, I continue with their traditions now with my family, husband and children.
Ahora si, en lo que a bienestar se refiere tengo algunas cosas para compartir, un de ellas es la decoración de la casa con todo el estilo navideño. Pero claro, antes que eso toca la operación limpieza, esa parte aunque muchos no me crean también me gusta mucho, de hecho antes cuando solÃa pintar la casa mas seguido, ese olor y el de canela con manzana que usaba para perfumar son la que me llevan a identificar y dar por hecho que la navidad llego a mi casa. Hace poco también me toco hacer compras para renovar los viejos adornos que ya tenia, una de ellas son las luces que ya la mayorÃa de ellas estaban quemadas o simplemente ya no alumbraban por completo. Este año también sera algo diferente en lo que adornar se refiere ya que tengo un nuevo amigo en casa de cuatro patas llamado Toby al que le encantan los peluches, y como mi árbol de navidad en su mayorÃa lleva prácticamente puros peluches, sera un reto mantenerlo sin que a mi perrito no le llame la atención y no lo intente tirar...ruego por que eso no pase jaja.
Otra actividad o mejor dicho tradición que creo es una de las que nos identifica como venezolanos son las Hallacas, una comida tÃpica de nuestro paÃs y la cual requiere mucha preparación, tanto asà que es necesaria la ayuda de varios integrantes de la familia, de mas esta decir que es una de mis favoritas cuando hay niños involucrados. Si bien es cierto que de pequeña en la casa donde me crié no tenÃan tan marcada esa tradición, al crecer y ver a mis hermanas hacerlo que viven en otro estado, me intereso mucho aprender y continuar con esa tradición con mi familia, para que mis hijos si crecieran con esa bonita tradición y conocieran la importancia de los que nos identifica, la deliciosa gastronomÃa navideña.
Creo que para la mayorÃa que considera esta fecha como una de sus épocas favoritas es sobre todo por el reencuentro con la familia, no deberÃa ser asÃ, pero es una bonita excusa que hace que todos nos volvamos a reencontrar con nuestras familias, como en mi caso, el saber que viajare a ver a mi familia y compartir esos momentos con ellos, involucrarme con la preparación de la comida que requiere mucha colaboración de todos para que esta se haga mas rápido, a parte que asà se disfruta mas, viendo como unos limpian las hojas, otros pican los ingredientes, otro hace la masa y el principal y uno de los mas importantes el que amarra y el que las arma. A mi me alegra mucho observar y ayudar en todo ese proceso, de hecho asà fue como aprendà y pienso que es una especie de cadena que continuara con las siguientes generaciones.
Y si de bienestar hablamos, algo que también adoro es ver el momento en donde cada 24 de diciembre a las 12 los niños abren sus regalos, ahora con una nueva tradición en la ciudad en donde una persona se disfraza de Santa Claus y les entrega los regalos a todos los niños como si fuera una linda pelÃcula navideña.
Another activity or rather tradition that I believe is one that identifies us as Venezuelans are the Hallacas, a typical food of our country and which requires a lot of preparation, so much so that the help of several members of the family is necessary, needless to say that it is one of my favorites when children are involved. While it is true that as a child in the house where I grew up they did not have such a strong tradition, growing up and seeing my sisters doing it who live in another state, I was very interested to learn and continue this tradition with my family, so that my children would grow up with this beautiful tradition and know the importance of what identifies us, the delicious Christmas cuisine.
I think that for most people who consider this date as one of their favorite times is mainly because of the reunion with the family, it should not be so, but it is a nice excuse that makes us all come back to meet with our families, as in my case, knowing that I will travel to see my family and share those moments with them, I get involved with the preparation of the food that requires a lot of collaboration from everyone so that it is done faster, besides that it is more enjoyable, watching how some clean the leaves, others chop the ingredients, another one makes the dough and the main and one of the most important is the one who ties and assembles them. I am very happy to observe and help in the whole process, in fact that is how I learned and I think it is a kind of chain that will continue with the following generations.
And if we talk about welfare, something I also love is to see the moment where every December 24 at 12 o'clock the children open their gifts, now with a new tradition in the city where a person dresses up as Santa Claus and delivers the gifts to all the children as if it were a nice Christmas movie.
