Desde mi modesto punto de vista, le concedo una extraordinaria importancia a los títulos, sin embargo considero que lo más importante es el nivel de preparación integral de quienes los poseen. En primer lugar debe haber un respaldo desde el perfil profesional, lo que se demuestra en la práctica.

En segundo lugar, y no menos importante, es la preparación para la vida en todos los sentidos, cuando la persona que ostenta un título posee las mejores cualidades humanas: sensible, respetuosa, educada, solidaria; en fin, lo que universalmente conocemos como bueno.

Esto último, a pesar de su gravedad, pudiera ser subsanado por diferentes vías, como cursos, investigaciones o estudio esmerado. Para lograrlo se impone la necesidad de que el sujeto tome conciencia plena de sus necesidades, con lo cual se convierte en agente activo de su propio desarrollo.

En relación con la conducta, la situación se hace un poco más complicada, pues quienes actúan menospreciando a los demás, generalmente tienden a sobrevalorarse a sí mismos, lo que comúnmente denominamos autosuficientes. Ya de hecho para lograr una aproximación, sin resultar invasivos, se requiere de mucha tenacidad.
