Since having an injury, I haven't been able to do my yoga practice and I feel it is too much for me. I think Pilates would be the best option for me after reading this very informative blog you shared with us. I was wondering though if we can do this even just at home?

Right now I have a lateral pelvic tilt for about 2 months now.
I recommend that you look for a Pilates studio close to your area and initially train from there, at least a month of personalized classes (just for you), since the machines will be a good support and you will have an instructor to guide you. until you learn to work with your injury. later you can do it from home
