"Cambiar el ojo del observador" ¿A que me refiero con este término?.

En algún momento en aquellos años de estudio de PNL, coaching, pensamiento sistémico, pensamiento lateral y varias cosas mas he escuchado con frecuencia esta frase que se aplica demasiado bien a situaciones de la vida diaria.
At some point in those years of studying NLP, coaching, systemic thinking, lateral thinking and several other things I have frequently heard this phrase that applies too well to everyday life situations.
Por ejemplo: A ayer estuvimos invitado a la presentación de un nuevo desarrollo de alto padrón, se llevaba a cabo en el Country club de ciudad del este, un lugar exclusivo. Se trataba de un desarrollo de edificios residenciales de alto padrón ubicado frente al río Paraná, allí nos esperaban con un cóctel, una excelente presentación donde viviríamos una experiencia incomparable y de la misma manera poder transmitir así a nuestros clientes compradores. Durante el camino en unos 10 minutos de tiempo pasamos de tener una sensación térmica de 37 °C a que el cielo cambió de color drásticamente con vientos fuertes y una posterior tormenta eléctrica con lluvias, todo esto ocasionó un corte de energía eléctrica y por eso no pudimos experimentar la presentación con los medios digitales como televisión o lentes de realidad aumentada. Los presentadores hicieron lo que pudieron con una maqueta y un par de linternas y de alguna manera nos transmitieron lo que querían transmitir.
For example: Yesterday we were invited to the presentation of a new high-end development, which was held at the Country Club of Ciudad del Este, an exclusive place. It was a development of high-end residential buildings located in front of the Paraná River. There they were waiting for us with a cocktail, an excellent presentation where we would live an incomparable experience and in the same way be able to transmit this to our buying clients. During the trip, in about 10 minutes we went from having a thermal sensation of 37 ° C to the sky changing color drastically with strong winds and a subsequent electrical storm with rain. All this caused a power outage and that is why we could not experience the presentation with digital media such as television or augmented reality glasses. The presenters did what they could with a model and a couple of flashlights and somehow they conveyed to us what they wanted to convey.
En definitiva toda la experiencia para algunos fue caótica y lamentable mientras que para mí ha sido una gran experiencia aún cuando las condiciones no han sido las óptimas o las esperadas, logramos el fin que era conocer el desarrollo y de alguna manera poder transmitírselo a nuestros clientes.
In short, the whole experience was chaotic and regrettable for some, while for me it was a great experience, even though the conditions were not optimal or as expected, we achieved the goal, which was to learn about the development and somehow be able to transmit it to our clients.
En base a esta experiencia, cambiar el ojo del observador significa que modificamos o sea que tenemos el poder de transformar la realidad que estamos percibiendo, no significa simplemente ver las cosas desde otro ángulo si no transformar la manera en que interpretamos diferentes situaciones, hoy podría estar lamentándome de lo que sucedió ayer pero mi realidad es que he aprendido, he sacado provecho de la situación y fue una gran experiencia.
Based on this experience, changing the observer's eye means that we modify, that is, we have the power to transform the reality that we are perceiving. It does not simply mean seeing things from another angle but transforming the way in which we interpret different situations. Today I could be regretting what happened yesterday, but my reality is that I have learned, I have taken advantage of the situation and it was a great experience.
Cambiar el ojo del observador es muy importante ya que las cosas generalmente no las vemos como son, la vemos como somos nosotros es decir: nuestras experiencias, nuestras creencias, los paradigmas y nuestras emociones filtran absolutamente todo lo que observamos, entonces cuando cambiamos el ojo del observador estamos abriéndonos a nuevas posibilidades, Y esto nos permite encontrar otros caminos y sobretodo soluciones que de otra forma nunca podríamos habernos encontrado.
Changing the eye of the observer is very important because we generally do not see things as they are, we see them as we are, that is to say: our experiences, our beliefs, paradigms and our emotions filter absolutely everything we observe, so when we change the eye of the observer we are opening ourselves to new possibilities, and this allows us to find other paths and above all solutions that otherwise we could never have found.
Cuando cambiamos nuestra perspectiva de las situaciones lo primero es que descubrimos cosas nuevas y esto implica nuevas oportunidades ya que es lo que parece un problema un obstáculo se termina convirtiendo en una oportunidad. También nos permite mejorar nuestra comunicación ya que entendemos otra perspectiva y así conectamos mejor con otras personas lo que nos permite resolver conflictos y tener mayor empatía. Esto indefectiblemente nos permite tener una mayor flexibilidad mental y resolver diferentes situaciones con creatividad y mayor rapidez.
When we change our perspective on situations, the first thing we do is discover new things and this implies new opportunities, since what seems like a problem becomes an obstacle and ends up becoming an opportunity. It also allows us to improve our communication since we understand another perspective and thus connect better with other people, which allows us to resolve conflicts and have greater empathy. This inevitably allows us to have greater mental flexibility and resolve different situations with creativity and greater speed.
Un ejemplo en mi rulo puede ser aquel cliente difícil que en realidad puede ser alguien muy detallista y cuidados su temperamento lo lleva a ser una persona que necesita un tipo especial de atención, si nosotros cambiamos nuestra mirada cerca de la persona podemos simplemente en lugar de frustrarnos ver eso como una gran oportunidad para demostrar nuestra confianza y experiencia ¿Te animas a cambiar el ojo del observador?.
An example in my field could be that difficult client who in reality could be someone very detailed and careful, his temperament leads him to be a person who needs a special type of attention, if we change our view of the person we can simply, instead of getting frustrated, see that as a great opportunity to demonstrate our confidence and experience. Do you dare to change the eye of the observer?
