¡Hola Hivers! Me contenta volver a compartir en esta bonita comunidad. Continuando con la temática, quiero presentarles a dos cualidades que debes contratar para ti si deseas conseguir un empleo.
Si has leído mis anteriores publicaciones, sabes que es importante contar con valentía, desarrollarse y superarse como individuos y como profesionales, y ser educados y positivos cuando estamos en búsqueda de un empleo. Hay aspirantes que tienen estas cualidades, pero puede llegar un momento en que se desaniman por el factor tiempo. Es aquí cuando contamos con Constancia y Perseverancia. Estas dos cualidades hermanas parecen iguales, pero no lo son. Es como decir que el mar y el río son iguales porque son dos masas de agua, y no es así. ¿En qué consiste cada una?

Te las voy a describir:
Constancia es una señorita que tiene un plan y lo continúa hasta culminarlo. Le dicen: la imparable. La podemos comparar con un río: se dirige siempre hacia una misma dirección, hacia adelante, y no se detiene.
Perseverancia es más compleja. Está señorita puede tropezar muchas veces, pero se las ingenia para cumplir sus metas, sin importar que caminos deba tomar. Lo intentará todas las veces que sea necesario hasta completar su misión. La podemos comparar como las olas del mar, nunca son iguales unas a otras, pero siempre vuelven y repiten, y llegan a la orilla, su destino final.
Hay que contratar personalmente a estas cualidades para completar nuestro proyecto personal. Ellas deben ir juntas y de la mano. A veces tenemos todo lo que necesitamos para tener éxito pero abandonamos nuestro objetivo. Y solo necesitábamos un poquito más de tiempo y de seguir intentando. Pero ¿cómo podemos ser constantes y perseverantes si anteriormente no lo hemos sido? Si deseas de verdad algo, hay que esforzarse para obtenerlo, Con esta premisa, trata de visualizar lo que quieres y lo bien que te vas a sentir cuando lo consigas. Este ejercicio te puede ayudar a no perder de vista tu objetivo y a no abandonar tu camino. Recuerda que la clave de casi todo en la vida es el EQUILIBRIO y la PERSISTENCIA.

Cuando estamos en búsqueda de empleo, quizás nos frustramos porque esperamos conseguirlo pronto y no ocurre. Aquí nos socorren estás cualidades, que aliadas con el COMPROMISO PERSONAL, nos dan la resistencia necesaria para seguir y buscar nuevas estrategias que nos permitan conseguir lo que queremos.
Haré un paréntesis en este asunto: No te obsesiones con una sola opción o un solo sitio de trabajo. Es probable que te encante una empresa o quieras ocupar un cargo específico, pero recuerda siempre que todo debe ser con equilibrio. No te detengas donde no te valoren o no te quieran tomar en cuenta... sigue adelante, siempre habrá un sitio donde te sepan apreciar.
Así que ya sabes, si estás en busca de empleo, pero aún no lo consigues, continúa, no te canses. Es un proceso que puede demorar. Depende de muchas variables que no controlamos. Continúa adelante, que el que persevera vence.

If you have read my previous posts, you know that it is important to have courage, to develop and excel as individuals and as professionals, and to be polite and positive when we are in search of a job. There are applicants who have these qualities, but there may come a time when they get discouraged because of the time factor. This is when we rely on Constancy and Perseverance. These two sister qualities seem the same, but they are not. It is like saying that the sea and the river are the same because they are two bodies of water, and they are not. What does each one consist of?

I am going to describe them to you:
Constancy is a lady who has a plan and follows it through to completion. They call her: the unstoppable one. We can compare her to a river: she always heads in the same direction, forward, and does not stop.
Perseverance is more complex. This lady may stumble many times, but she manages to accomplish her goals, no matter what paths she has to take. She will try as many times as it takes to complete her mission. We can compare her to the waves of the sea, they are never the same, but they always come back and repeat, and reach the shore, their final destination.
We must personally engage these qualities to complete our personal project. They must go together and hand in hand. Sometimes we have everything we need to succeed but we abandon our goal. And we just needed a little more time and to keep trying. But how can we be constant and persevering if we haven't been before? With this premise, try to visualize what you want and how good you will feel when you get it. This exercise can help you not to lose sight of your goal and not to abandon your path. Remember that the key to almost everything in life is BALANCE and PERSISTENCE.

When we are looking for a job, perhaps we get frustrated because we expect to get it soon and it doesn't happen. Here we are helped by these qualities, which allied with the PERSONAL COMMITMENT, give us the necessary resistance to continue and look for new strategies that allow us to get what we want.
I will make a parenthesis in this matter: Do not get obsessed with a single option or a single work place. You may love a company or want to fill a specific position, but always remember that everything must be balanced. Don't stop where they don't value you or don't want to take you into account... move on, there will always be a place where they know how to appreciate you.
So now you know, if you are looking for a job, but you still can't find it, keep going, don't get tired. It is a process that can take time. It depends on many variables that we do not control. Keep going, he who perseveres wins.
