I think my father was the precursor to shape in me this way of being, since I was very little he gave me the tools to be independent, as he said, I had to solve things by myself and so I did not have to depend on anyone, with that thought in mind he taught me several skills that usually do the men, then I followed my university path preparing me with the career of Education for work, There I really had to work and do it very well since I had to teach the students the basics to learn a skill regardless of sex, as an anecdote I remember that my classmates cheated and sought the help of male classmates to help them do the jobs such as disassembling a machine, while I was alone without the help of any classmate wrenching the nuts, and they for their part were giving juice with bread to the boys so they would have the strength to disassemble their machine and theirs (they were definitely smarter than me), I remember one day that the concerned teacher came to my work area and asked me if I was okay, I remember one day when the concerned professor approached my work area and asked me if I needed help, I just told him to give me ten minutes and I would take this thing apart, grease it and put it back together again, there I remember that my professor said definitely you are here for vocation and I said no, I am here solving this so you can give me a grade. I can say that throughout my college career I did all my manual work without help, even though my classmates always offered to help me.
When I graduated and entered the educational part and there the panorama was not different, the one who is a teacher in my country must be prepared as we say for the war, there if you have to solve. Crecer en un contexto de limitaciones me ha impulsado a ser creativa en diferentes aspectos de la vida, tuve que desarrollar esa capacidad de resolver problemas y llegar a una solución rápida sin contar muchas veces con los recursos materiales o económicos. Desde pequeña esa ha sido mi escuela: resolver problemas, a veces es un poco agotador para mi tener que solucionar todo a mi alrededor.
Creo que mi papa fue el precursor de plasmar en mi esta forma de ser, desde muy pequeña me brindo las herramientas para ser independiente, como él decía, tenía que solucionar por mí misma las cosas y así no tuviera que depender de nadie, con ese pensamiento en mente me enseño varias habilidades que por lo general hacen los varones, después yo seguí mi camino universitario preparándome con la carrera de Educación para el trabajo, allí en verdad tenía que trabajar y hacerlo muy bien ya que después debía enseñarle a los estudiantes las bases para que aprendieran una habilidad sin importar el sexo, como anécdota recuerdo que mis compañeras de clases hacían trampa y buscaban la ayuda de los compañeros varones para que les ayudaran a hacer los trabajos como por ejemplo desarmar una máquina, mientras yo estaba sola sin la ayuda de ningún compañero echando llave a las tuercas, y ellas por su parte estaban dándole jugo con pan a los muchachos para que tuvieran fuerza para desarmar su máquina y la de ellas (definitivamente ellas fueron más inteligentes que yo), recuerdo un día que el profesor preocupado se acercaba a mi área de trabajo y me preguntaba si estaba bien, que si no necesitaba ayuda, yo solo le decía deme diez minutos y te desarmo esta cosa, te la engraso y te la vuelvo a armar, allí recuerdo que mi profesor decía definitivamente estas aquí por vocación y yo le decía no, estoy aquí resolviendo esto para que me pongas la nota . Puedo decir que en toda mi carrera universitaria realice todos los trabajos manuales sin ayuda a pesar de que siempre los compañeros se ofrecían a ayudarme.
Cuando me gradué y entre a la parte educativa y allí el panorama no fue diferente, el que es docente en mi país debe estar preparado como decimos nosotros para la guerra, allí si hay que solucionar. En el ámbito educativo es sorprendente ver que todas las maestras resuelven con los mínimos recursos, de verdad, es admirable ver el día a día de una educadora en nuestro país resolviendo, es que son innumerables las situaciones de precariedad que se presentan en un instituto educativo y como se exige que todo se realice para tomar fotos y enviarlas como fe de que se cumplen con las políticas educativas sin tener un centavo en el bolsillo, es aquí cuando se necesita toda la habilidad y creatividad posible para que se resuelvan las cosas, es mas en el ámbito educativo esta la frase de que docente que no resuelve mejor que se retire.
Otra de las anécdotas que recuerdo fue cuando me quede sin salón porque las lluvias lo inundaron, ya que la escuela no cuenta con una bomba sumergible de achique y recuerdo que tenía que resolver la situación ya que no se podía paralizar las clases, así que me lleve a los niños debajo de una mata de mango a que recibieran clases, tome una rama de árbol y comencé a escribirles en la tierra las actividades, a ese nivel se ha tenido que resolver y esta situación es una de las mil situaciones que se presentan cada día en una entidad escolar.
Creo que en mi país la mayoría de las personas han tomado un papel protagonista para resolver, aquí se puede decir que si no resuelves te mueres chiquito, creo que por la situación país, diariamente hay que estar buscando mil y un estrategias para solventar una necesidad, es allí cuando se pone de manifiesto la pericia para lograr medio satisfacer las necesidades primarias, por eso digo sin duda alguna, que la mayoría de los habitantes de mi país sabe resolver con los pocos recursos disponibles en todos los ámbitos de la vida, en verdad nos hemos vuelto en una máquina de resolver problemas, esto ha traído consecuencias sin duda alguna de estrés, ansiedad, problemas de salud físicos y mentales ya que los seres humanos no debiéramos pasar por tantas situaciones desfavorables, pero como dice el dicho: no hay mal que dure mil años ni cuerpo que lo resista.
