"Life is a journey of events, which leads us through simple or complex paths", from this thought that the #Talentos team has used to introduce this week's theme, which speaks of our ability to reinvent ourselves, we will discuss that life is conceived as an accumulation of isolated scenarios that we must go through to achieve our purpose.
Unfortunately, this path is not always linear, so there are ups and downs that challenge us to be better every day, from my perspective, beyond the problems we will always have new opportunities, I think that they are like “ doors that open before us” and that invite us to explore, grow and reinvent ourselves.
But How can we justify these events? Let me enlighten you in this regard and keep in mind that I do not intend to be corny in my speech, but it is necessary to implement a metaphorical language that allows us to imagine what we are talking about, in this sense, we must be aware that every day dawns and become a blank canvas that we must write and if desired paint according to the new experiences that allow the construction of our future.
Unfortunately, new opportunities sometimes derive from unexpected changes, many of which are called difficult moments in our lives that challenge us to seek alternatives and discover new perspectives to continue moving forward, which is why we must assume life as a constant journey that is full of surprises and challenges, where countless opportunities are immersed and it is our responsibility to be resilient to take advantage of them and not stagnate in our comfort zone, clinging to the familiar and avoiding the risk of change.
Based on the above, I would like to share with you a real scenario that has served me as inspiration and that shows that we are the only ones capable of assuming the lifestyle we want and wish to lead.
So let's talk a little about the story of Zulema Pacheco, 49 year old woman and teacher who has dedicated her entire life to the service of teaching, an enterprising woman and an innate leader in her field, product of the training she had acquired in the area. However, by misfortune of life, she suffered a delicate accident with a firearm, where one of the projectiles was lodged in the spinal cord, according to medical specialists she would not walk again and product of the place where the bullet is lodged, she would not have the ability to control her sphincters.
What would be your vision, dear reader, in the face of such a drastic situation, how would we react to this imminent change in our lives? I truly believe that each person is a different story and each one of us faces problems in a different way, some of us let ourselves be overwhelmed by adversity, while others struggle to get ahead, just as Zulema did.
After several studies and operations the answers were not favorable, for the doctors, she would not walk again, I still remember the first time that, in the middle of the recovery, her husband bought her the first wheelchair, when he saw her, he said in a very safe way that she should be taken out of the room, because she would not get in it.
At that moment I could see the decision that Zulema had made, she would fight and would not let herself be overwhelmed by the hard situation she was going through, she started strong therapy routines. As if they were of any use? According to medical projections and to the surprise of many, he gradually began to have sensation in one of his legs and today he is able to stand and walk with a cane since the other leg lost part of its mobility.
Undoubtedly, this noble woman has gone through a tough scenario and her passion "Teaching" has served as a push to keep her active and in the midst of her recovery and therapies, she started with tasks directed to preschool children, according to her, she needed to keep herself distracted. However, she was so accepted by the quality of teaching in the midst of so much deficiency in the country, that she found the need to hire new staff to help her with the teaching of children.
However, his aspirations go beyond, his problem is no longer a limitation and he has recently launched his new project and today we can see materialized the "Alejandro Barriga Private Educational Unit" which formally opened its doors two weeks ago and already has an enrollment of children and young people from preschool to high school.
In my opinion, the adverse scenario allowed Zulema to reinvent herself, perhaps under normal conditions she would still be parked in her circle of comfort, but the hard blow she received opened an opportunity for her to go for something bigger that would be productive for society and for a group of families that depend on this new job.
In addition, life gave a new opportunity to this woman who has been living for more than 12 years with a projectile in her spinal cord that could not be removed due to the difficult access and fear that her evolution would regress, so this difficult scenario, which for many was insurmountable, became a new opportunity for Zulema and she faced it with courage and determination, which allowed her to discover new strengths and latent abilities that she projected in fusion of her future.

“La vida es un transitar de eventos, que nos va llevando por senderos simples o complejos”, a partir de ese pensamiento que ha utilizado el equipo de #Talentos para introducir la temática de esta semana, la cual habla de nuestra capacidad para reinventarnos discutiremos que la vida es concebida como un cumulo de escenarios aislados que debemos recorrer para lograr alcanzar nuestro propósito.
Lamentablemente este recorrido no siempre es lineal, de modo que aparecen altos y bajos que nos retan para ser cada día mejores, desde mi perspectiva, más allá de los problemas siempre tendremos nuevas oportunidades, pienso que son como “puertas que se abren ante nosotros” y que nos invitan a explorar, crecer y reinventarnos.
Pero ¿Cómo podemos justificar estos acontecimientos?, déjame ilustrarte al respecto y ten en cuenta que no tengo la intensión de ser cursi en mi discurso, pero es necesario implementar un lenguaje metafórico que nos permita imaginar de que hablamos, en este sentido, debemos ser conscientes que cada día amanece y se convierten un lienzo en blanco que debemos escribir y si se desea pintar en función de las nuevas experiencias que permitan la construcción de nuestro futuro.
Lamentablemente, las nuevas oportunidades en ocasiones derivan de cambios inesperados, muchos denominados como momentos difíciles en nuestra vida que nos desafían a buscar alternativas y descubrir nuevas perspectivas para seguir avanzando, es por ello, que debemos asumir la vida como un viaje constante que se encuentra llenos de sorpresas y desafíos, donde se encuentran inmersas innumerables oportunidades y es nuestra responsabilidad ser resilientes para aprovecharlas y no estancarnos en nuestra zona de confort, aferrándonos a lo familiar y evitando el riesgo del cambio.
Partiendo de lo anterior, quiera compartir con ustedes un escenario real que me ha servido como inspiración y que demuestra que somos los únicos capaces de asumir el estilo de vida que deseamos y queremos llevar.
De modos que hablemos un poco de la historia de Zulema Pacheco, mujer de 49 años de edad y docente de profesión que ha dedicado toda su vida al servicio de la docencia, mujer emprendedora y una líder innata en su rama, producto de la formación que había adquirido en el área. Sin embargo, por desgracia de la vida, sufrió un delicado accidente con un arma de fuego, donde uno de los proyectiles quedo alojado en la medula espinal, según los médicos especialistas ella no volvería a caminar y producto del lugar donde está alojada la bala, no tendría la capacidad de controlar sus esfínteres.
¿Cuál sería tu visión, estimado lector ante esta situación tan drástica?, ¿Cómo reaccionaríamos ante este cambio inminente en nuestra vida?, la verdad considero que cada persona es una historia y cada uno afrontamos los problemas de forma diferente, alguno nos dejamos agobiar por la adversidad, mientras otros luchamos por salir adelante, tal y como lo hizo Zulema.
Tras diversos estudios y operaciones las respuestas no eran favorables, para los médicos, ella no volvería a caminar, aún recuerdo la primera vez que, en medio de la recuperación, su esposo le compro la primera silla de ruedas, al verla, de forma muy segura dijo que la sacaran de la habitación, porque ella, allí no se subiría.
En ese momento pude notar la decisión que Zulema había tomado, ella lucharía y no se dejaría agobiar por la dura situación que estaba pasando, inicio fuertes rutinas de terapia ¿Cómo si de algo sirvieran? Según las proyecciones médicas y para sorpresa de muchos, de a poco empezó a tener sensibilidad en una de sus piernas y hoy en día es capaz de ponerse en pie y caminar con un bastón ya que la otra pierna perdió parte de su movilidad.
Sin duda es un duro escenario por el que ha pasado esta noble mujer y su pasión “La docencia” le ha servido de empuje para mantenerse activa y en medio de su recuperación y terapias, inicio con tareas dirigidas para niños de edad preescolar, según ella necesitaba mantenerse distraída. Sin embargo, fue tanta la aceptación por la calidad de enseñanza impartida en medio de tanta deficiencia en el país, que se vio en la necesidad de contratar nuevo personal que la ayudara con la enseñanza de los niños.
Sin embargo, sus aspiraciones van más allá, su problema ya no es una limitante y recientemente ha lanzado su nuevo proyecto y hoy podemos ver materializado la “Unidad Educativa Privada Alejandro Barriga” que abrió sus puertas formalmente hace dos semanas y ya cuenta con una matrícula de niños y jóvenes desde edad preescolar hasta media general.
A mi modo de ver, el escenario adverso permitió que Zulema se reinventara, quizás en condiciones normales seguiría estacionada en su círculo de confort, pero el duro golpe que recibió le abrió una oportunidad para ir por algo más grande que fuese productivo para la sociedad y para un grupo de familias que depende de este nuevo trabajo.
Además, la vida le dio una nueva oportunidad a esta mujer que lleva más de 12 años viviendo con un proyectil en su medula que no ha podido ser retirada por el difícil acceso y por temor a que su evolución retroceda, de modo que este difícil escenario que, para mucha era insuperable, se convirtió en una nueva oportunidad para Zulema y lo afronto con coraje y determinación, lo cual le permitió descubrir nuevas fortalezas y habilidades latentes que proyecto en fusión de su futuro.

La historia de Zulema es inspiradora y debe servir de ejemplo para todos los que tenemos el gusto de leerte para darnos cuenta que en la vida solo las cosas nos afectan si no luchamos firmemente por cambiar las circunstancias.
Todo en la vida tiene un propósito y hasta de esta difícil adversidad ella ha podido explotar ese gran don de enseñanza que corre por sus venas.
