Esta mañana mi mente estaba revuelta preguntándose mil cosas, queriendo prever el futuro, juzgando el presente, limitando los caminos, preocupándose por estar haciendo "lo correcto" o no, hasta se paseó por una larga lista de errores pasados y “defectos” presentes. Pero, al darme cuenta el camino que estaba tomando y cómo estos pensamientos estaban comenzando a mover mis emociones, decidí sentarme para atenderla sin identificarme con ella, a través de la respiración abrí por un instante el camino al corazón y mi alma me pudo susurrar "lo único que estás buscando es a Dios y allí no lo encontrarás".
No sabes el silencio que se generó después de esa frase. Esa aparentemente simple oración, despejó el camino de regreso a la paz y me ayudó a recordar que el ego siempre me llevará a buscar en lugares en los no voy encontrar nada, me distraerá con "premios", "promesas" e "ilusiones" que sólo proporcionan una euforia momentánea y no una genuina felicidad, porque el lema del ego es “busca pero no encuentres”, por eso siempre va de una meta a otra, nada es suficiente, siempre te hace sentir que falta algo.

This morning, my mind was in turmoil, wondering a thousand things, wanting to foresee the future, judging the present, limiting paths, worrying if I was doing the "right thing" or not, and even going over a long list of past mistakes and presenting "defects". But, upon realizing the path I was taking and how these thoughts were beginning to move my emotions, I decided to sit down and attend to it, without identifying with it, through breathing I opened the way to my heart for a moment, so my soul stayed capable of whispering to me "The only thing you are looking for is God and you will not find him there".
You don't know the silence that was generated after that phrase. That seemingly simple prayer cleared the way back to peace and helped me remember that the ego will always lead me to search in places where I will find nothing, it will distract me with "prizes" "promises" and "illusions" that only bring me a momentary euphoria and not genuine happiness because the ego's motto is "seek but you do not find" that is why it always goes from one goal to another, nothing is enough, it always makes you feel that something is missing.
Pero nada de lo que el ego te haga perseguir, logrará llenar ese vacío que sientes cuando la euforia pasa, porque tu alma eterna, infinita e inmutable no se puede satisfacer con lo limitado, carente e imperfecto que este mundo ofrece, por eso detrás de todas las búsquedas del ego se encuentra la del alma, que no es otra que regresar a casa (fuente, Amor, Dios, como tu lo llames) esa es la felicidad que el alma anhela y eso no se encuentra en cosas externas... A propósito de esta experiencia quiero compartirte un extracto de la lección 131 de UCDM que se ajusta perfectamente a la situación.
"El fracaso te acechará mientras persigues metas inalcanzables. 2 Buscas lo permanente en lo pasajero, el amor donde no lo hay, la seguridad en medio del peligro y la inmortalidad en las tinieblas del sueño de muerte. 3 ¿Quién puede triunfar cuando la contradicción es el marco de su búsqueda, así como el lugar adonde va en busca de estabilidad?"

Esta cita, te invita a reflexionar sobre lo inutil y frustrante que es buscar cuando no sabes realmente lo que anhelas, te permite ver con claridad cómo te embarcas en búsquedas erróneas, como a veces inviertes tiempo y energía pidiéndole peras al olmo, cambiando tu paz por “migajas de amor”, o vendiendo tu felicidad por un plato de lentejas”, en fin, si no te das cuenta de esto y tomas acciones al respecto, corres el riesgo de pasarte la vida entera buscando fuera algo siempre ha estado dentro, persiguiendo fantasmas de humo y perdiéndote el cielo que ya te pertenece.
Por eso te invito a preguntarte ¿Qué deseas lograr con esa "meta", "sueño" "pareja", etc.? ¿Cuál es tu anhelo más profundo? ¿Cuál es tu búsqueda detrás de todas tus búsquedas? Probablemente si respondes esa interrogante con total honestidad, te darás cuenta de que surgen principalmente dos palabras "amor" y "felicidad"... Porque está en nuestra búsqueda primordial, todos deseamos ser felices y sentirnos amados, para el alma solo el Amor es la felicidad.
Espero esta reflexión te sea de servicio y te inspire a despejar los obstáculos que te impiden recordar lo realmente importante, te mando un fuerte abrazo

También paso por ciertas situaciones que suelen agobiarme, pero me enfoco en trabajar esos momentos conmigo mismo canalizar la emoción y pensamiento. Muchas veces es el cansancio altera mi pensamiento, pero justo en esta edad que tengo, ya puedo identificarlo y manejarlo de forma positiva. Solo basta con guardar silencio y llenar la mente con información de crecimiento.
