Amigos de #Holos-Lotus celebrarnos y honrar lo que somos es tan impotante como reconocer lo que debemos mejorar para crecer como personas. Nuestra amiga @damarysvibra lo sabe muy bien y nos invita a meditar en lo que creemos que a los demás les gusta de nosotros. Este ha sido sin duda un ejercicio más difícil que el anterior porque puede paraecer auto bombo como decimos en Cuba lo que nos lleva a un trabajo profundo y de consciencia. Por acá les comento sobre mi.
A lo largo de mi vida, he tenido la oportunidad de interactuar con muchas personas en diferentes contextos, en el ámbito personal o profesional, con escritores, artistas, intelectuales y campesinos, niños y ancianos.
A medida que he ido creciendo he notado que hay ciertas características de mi personalidad que parecen resonar con los demás. Y quiero compartirles algunas que creo que a la gente les gusta de mí: mi alegría, mi naturaleza disruptiva y mi espíritu de escucha y acompañamiento.
La alegría es una de mis cualidades más notables. Siempre he tenido una actitud positiva ante la vida y me esfuerzo por ver el lado bueno de las personas y las cosas, incluso en situaciones desafiantes.
Fue la primera vez que fui consciente del regalo tan grande que tenía.
Recuerdo en el colegio una vez nos hicieron una dinámica, debíamos escribir en una hoja una cualidad sobre nuestros compañeros. Sobre mí todos sin excepción pusieron #Alegre.
**Esta alegría es una parte integral de quien soy.**
Me encanta contagiar de esa energía a los demás, ya sea a través de una sonrisa, o simplemente disfrutando de los momentos juntos. He descubierto que la alegría nos hace más ligeros y, en consecuencia, facilita las conexiones humanas significativas. Cuando mis amigos se reúnen conmigo, procuro que se sientan renovados y llenos de energía, como si hubieran tenido una dosis de optimismo.
Una amiga muy querida me dijo una vez que tenía una naturaleza disruptiva, y me dejó pensando esa es otra de las características que parecen atraer a las personas. En ese momento pensé que me estaba diciendo desorganizada o desconsiderada; 🫣🤭 sin embargo me explicó que significaban romper moldes, desafiar lo establecido y crear tu propio camino. Esa soy yo, tal cual. Desafiando estatus y pensando de manera diferente. A mis amigos les gusta estar cerca por que no se sienten juzgados y creo que mi visión les inspira a pensar de manera diferente y a no tener miedo de expresar sus propias ideas, los que son y padecen
Por último, mi espíritu de escucha y acompañamiento es una de las cosas más valoradas en mis relaciones. Eso lo recibí de mi abuela. Mi disposición a escuchar a los demás, sin juzgarlos, es un espacio seguro para compartir pensamientos y emociones. Me considero una persona empática, y eso me ha permitido comprender las preocupaciones y alegrías de mis amigos y seres queridos. Este acompañamiento va más allá de simplemente escuchar; es un compromiso genuino que he hecho con el Universo de estar ahí para otros. El poder de estar presente, incluso en los momentos más difíciles es algo invaluable. En la vida he sido testigo de lo impotante que es compartir un silencio comprensivo o simplemente sostener la mano de alguien que lo necesita.
Creo que a la gente le gusta mi alegría, mi naturaleza disruptiva que desafía a los demás a ver el mundo desde nuevas perspectivas, y mi espíritu de escucha y acompañamiento que proporciona un refugio emocional para quienes me rodean. Y es cierto esto no solo me definen, sino que también revela el tipo de persona que quiero ser: un faro de felicidad, creatividad y apoyo genuino en la vida de los demás.

Friends of #Holos-Lotus celebrating and honoring what we are is as impotent as recognizing what we should improve to grow as people.Our friend @damarkyvibra knows it very well and invites us to meditate on what we believe that others like us.This has undoubtedly been a more difficult exercise than the previous one because it can stop bombing as we say in Cuba that leads us to deep and consciousness work.Here I tell you about me.
Throughout my life, I have had the opportunity to interact with many people in different contexts, in the personal or professional level, with writers, artists, intellectuals and peasants, children and the elderly.
As I have growing I have noticed that there are certain characteristics of my personality that seem to resonate with others.And I want to share some that I think people like me: my joy, my disruptive nature and my spirit of listening and accompaniment.
Joy is one of my most notable qualities.I have always had a positive attitude towards life and I effort to see the good side of people and things, even in challenging situations.
It was the first time I was aware of the great gift that I had.
I remember at school once they made us a dynamic, we had to write on a sheet a quality about our classmates.On me all without exception put #Alegre.
This joy is an integral part of who I am.
I love to spread that energy to others, either through a smile, or simply enjoying the moments together.I have discovered that joy makes us lighter and, consequently, facilitates significant human connections.When my friends gather with me, I try to feel renewed and full of energy, as if they had had a dose of optimism.
A very dear friend once told me that I had a disruptive nature, and left me thinking that is another characteristic that seems to attract people.At that moment I thought I was telling me disorganized or inconsiderate;🫣🤭 However, he meant that they meant breaking molds, challenging what is established and creating your own path.That is me, as is.Challenging status and thinking differently.My friends like to be close because they do not feel judged and I think that my vision inspires them to think differently and not be afraid to express their own ideas, those who are and suffer
Finally, my spirit of listening and accompaniment is one of the most valued things in my relationships.I received that from my grandmother.My willingness to listen to others, without judging them, is a safe space to share thoughts and emotions.I consider myself an empathic person, and that has allowed me to understand the concerns and joys of my friends and loved ones.This accompaniment goes beyond simply listening;It is a genuine commitment that I have made with the universe of being there for others.The power to be present, even in the most difficult moments is something invaluable.In life I have witnessed how impotent it is to share a comprehensive silence or simply hold the hand of someone who needs it.
I think people like my joy, my disruptive nature that challenges others to see the world from new perspectives, and my spirit of listening and accompaniment that provides an emotional refuge for those around me.And it is true this not only define me, but also reveals the type of person I want to be: a lighthouse of happiness, creativity and genuine support in the lives of others.
