With the help of @holos-lotus, we have done a lot of personal therapies, true intimate self-help. Everyone knows their story, but by writing here and reading frequently, they are forced to change the way they see the subject.

Yes, writing or writing down also help as therapy to work through things. I recently heard someone saying that it is the adding of the physical act, the motion of writing, which helps us to organise it better in our brains.

I agree, it's amazing how words that we didn't think were there to give us answers come out. As we write, we understand each other better and this exercise is also therapeutic.
