Iniciativa ¿Cómo seduces a la Vida? // El Cultivador de Sueños (ESP / ENG)
En el ambiente que desarrollo mis actividades profesionales me encuentro una gran cantidad de niños, comenzando la pubertad, pasando por la adolescencia para luego llegar a una vida adulta. Sabiendo que estas son las edades más propensas a presentar problemas emocionales, debido a los cambios que están presentando y que no consiguen un horizonte o alguna respuesta que los conlleve a una estabilidad emocional. Es aquí donde mi trabajo pasa de profesor a ser un orientador o guía.
Muchos de los casos son a raíz de problemas de salud familiares, divorcio de los padres, entre otros, donde no consiguen un consejo de alguien que entienda sus diferentes cambios hormonales, sentimentales y físicos. No me he preparado profesionalmente para afrontar este tipo de situaciones pero con el pasar de los años la experiencia me va dando más habilidades para afrontarlo, además que la confianza que prestas a tus alumnos los conducen abrir un espacio para mostrar sus problemas y les puedes brindar una solución antes que sea demasiado tarde.
A nivel mundial se está presentando de manera muy frecuente en las instituciones y en los grupos sociales “el Bullying”, que es la forma de intimidar o atacar a las personas por medio de ofensas verbales, emocionales, físicas o psicológicas en repetidas oportunidades. Más de una vez me ha tocado socializar entre grupo de jóvenes por este problema social de Bull ying, tomando en cuenta que estos ataques pueden ser dentro o fuera de una institución, poniendo en riesgosa la integridad de nuestras vidas. Cabe destacar que las confusiones y problemas también se pueden presentar en jóvenes que están pasando de la adolescencia a una vida adulta. La perspectiva que siempre tenemos es salir de Bachillerato y entrar a la etapa universitaria, donde se consiguen un mundo totalmente diferente; el cual piensan que los apasiona una carrera profesional pero al entrar a su primera clase se dan cuenta que es algo muy diferente a lo que pensaban.
A diferentes personas les es difícil incursionar en el mundo de la adultez, donde debes asumir roles y responsabilidades, también debes trabajar y prepararte de manera profesional al mismo tiempo, sabiendo que no todos están preparados para este cambio por los diferentes estilos de vida que han llevado. Esto me obliga a tener las palabras sabias que los impulse a seguir adelante y explicarles que todos los seres humanos debemos pasar por estas diferentes etapas y afrontar las dificultades, aunque para algunos por sus habilidades se les hace más fácil de solucionar a diferencia de otros que solo ven sus debilidades y pienso que es mi trabajo ayudar a buscar el camino que los conducirá al éxito.
En ocasiones me topo con ex alumnos ya con una familia formada que manifiestan agradecimiento por el apoyo prestados, a otros por redes sociales debido que han tenido que migrar pero todos con un gran potencial profesional que para mi es de gran satisfacción haber participado en el crecimiento de estas personas y que nunca fue tarde para acercarme a ellos y brindar una palabra que los pudiera ayudar. Para otros que ya no están en este mundo, siento pesar no poder haber brindado una solución a tiempo.

In the environment where I develop my professional activities I meet a large number of children, starting puberty, going through adolescence and then reaching adulthood. Knowing that these are the most prone ages to present emotional problems, due to the changes that they are presenting and that they do not get a horizon or any response that leads to emotional stability. It is here where my job goes from being a teacher to being a counselor or guide.
Many of the cases are due to family health problems, parental divorce, among others, where they do not get advice from someone who understands their different hormonal, emotional and physical changes. I have not been professionally prepared to face this type of situation but over the years experience has given me more skills to deal with it, plus the trust you give to your students leads them to open a space to show their problems and you can provide them with a solution before it is too late.
Bullying", which is the way of intimidating or attacking people by means of verbal, emotional, physical or psychological offenses repeatedly, is occurring very frequently in institutions and social groups around the world. More than once I have had to socialize among a group of young people because of this social problem of Bull ying, taking into account that these attacks can be inside or outside an institution, putting at risk the integrity of our lives.
It should be noted that confusion and problems can also occur in young people who are moving from adolescence to adulthood. The perspective we always have is to leave high school and enter the university stage, where they get a totally different world; which they think they are passionate about a professional career but when they enter their first class they realize that it is something very different from what they thought.
It is difficult for different people to enter the world of adulthood, where you must assume roles and responsibilities, you must also work and prepare yourself professionally at the same time, knowing that not everyone is prepared for this change because of the different lifestyles they have led. This forces me to have the wise words to push them forward and explain to them that all human beings must go through these different stages and face the difficulties, although for some because of their abilities it is easier to solve unlike others who only see their weaknesses and I think it is my job to help them find the path that will lead them to success.
Sometimes I run into former students with a family already formed that express gratitude for the support provided, others through social networks because they have had to migrate but all with a great professional potential that for me is of great satisfaction to have participated in the growth of these people and it was never too late to approach them and provide a word that could help them. For others who are no longer in this world, I regret not having been able to provide a solution in time.
