Saludos, amigos de la comunidad @holos-lotus, nuevamente paso a dejar con ustedes un tema muy importante y el cual valoro mucho y es sobre la "Importancia del trabajo en equipo en la familia."
En el hogar es el lugar donde vamos aprendiendo a conocer valores, desde que somos pequeños. Nos enseñan a adquirir conocimientos sobre la cooperación y ayuda mutua, que se va dando a medida que vamos creciendo.
Trabajar en equipo siempre ha sido de suma importancia en todo hogar, se debe inculcar a nuestros hijos el valor del trabajo y la importancia que este tiene en la familia.
Cuando todos estamos dispuestos a aportar al trabajo, se hace más fácil, sobre todo si se trata de cuidar, debemos aprender a tener sentido de pertenencia, y a su vez enseñar esto a nuestros hijos y que todo ello vaya pasando de generación en generación.
Si fuimos criados en una familia donde se aprendió a cuidar el hogar, y sobre todo amar el sitio donde estamos, también debemos pasar todo ello a nuestras próximas generaciones de relevo.
Si nuestros padres nos enseñaron a proteger nuestras cosas, cuidar lo que ellos nos obsequiaban y trabajar junto a nuestros hermanos, lo mismo podemos hacer con nuestros hijos y si Dios nos permite, que podamos conocer a nuestros nietos, también debemos enseñarles a ellos el amor al trabajo, lo cual es base de toda familia, la ayuda y colaboración de todos, cuando todos aportan es mucho mejor realizar la labor.
En muchos hogares he observado niños que son muy colaboradores a la hora de limpiar y organizar, en mi casa todos son colaboradores y cuidan el espacio donde están las plantas, donde duermen, donde descansan, en fin a todo le dan vital importancia.
Me agrada enseñar a cuidar y en mi caso una de mis nietas ama cuidar a las matas. Es lo que siempre ve que yo hago, y ella adora cuidarlas y regarlas por las tardes, estoy tratando de enseñarle lo básico en cuanto al cuidado de las mismas y cómo reproducirlas, para que eso le quede como legado de amor a la naturaleza.
En lo que se realizan trabajos de albañilería, todos colaboran, hasta los niños se suman a la iniciativa, se sabe que son niños y no pueden hacer trabajos pesados pero así sea con una tacita pequeña cargan: arena, cemento, agua, buscan la pala, barren el patio, todos se encargan de ayudar y colaboran en el trabajo del hogar, se alegran de tener su propio espacio y algo donde vivir, ven que todos colaboran y se sienten bien apoyando el trabajo en equipo.
Es muy agradable ver los más pequeños de la casa a la hora de pintar, cada uno agarra una brocha pequeña, y comienza a pintar las paredes, les gusta barrer y limpiar el patio, cuidan las plantas y adoran ayudar, es lo que he tratado de enseñarles.
Qué bonito es ver cuando sembramos valores en nuestros hijos, sabemos que toda esa generación que se levanta a nuestro lado, crecerá con valores y actitudes sanas y valdrá la pena ver como transmitirán la cooperación y el trabajo el cual será de suma importancia en sus vidas, que esto sea para ellos algo fundamental, que aprendan a cuidar de las plantas, el hogar, y sobre todo mantener limpio ese lugar donde viven, que aprendan a velar por tener un sitio agradable donde se mantenga un espacio de armonía, paz, y tranquilidad para toda la familia.
Es importante ver crecer nuestro grupo familiar y en especial darle verdadero significado a la "Importancia del trabajo en equipo en la familia." Esto hace que todo sea mas divertido, se aprenda a tener cooperación en todo lo que se realice por mejorar el lugar donde se vive, amar lo que se hace y darle valor a lo que se tiene.

Working as a team has always been of utmost importance in every home. We must instill in our children the value of work and the importance it has in the family.
When we are all willing to contribute to work, it becomes easier, especially if it involves caring. We must learn to have a sense of belonging, and in turn teach this to our children and pass it on from generation to generation.
If we were raised in a family where we learned to take care of the home, and above all to love the place where we are, we must also pass all of this on to our next generations.
If our parents taught us to protect our things, take care of what they gave us and work alongside our brothers, we can do the same with our children and if God allows us to meet our grandchildren, we must also teach them the love of work, which is the basis of every family, the help and collaboration of everyone, when everyone contributes it is much better to carry out the work.
In many homes I have observed children who are very cooperative when it comes to cleaning and organizing. In my house everyone is cooperative and takes care of the space where the plants are, where they sleep, where they rest, in short, they give vital importance to everything.
I like to teach people how to care for them, and in my case, one of my granddaughters loves to take care of the plants. It's what she always sees me doing, and she loves to take care of them and water them in the afternoons. I'm trying to teach her the basics of caring for them and how to reproduce them, so that it will remain as a legacy of love for nature.
When the masonry work is being done, everyone pitches in, even the children join in. We know that they are children and cannot do heavy work, but even with a small cup they carry sand, cement, water, they look for the shovel, they sweep the yard, everyone is in charge of helping and collaborating in the housework, they are happy to have their own space and something to live in, they see that everyone is collaborating and they feel good supporting the teamwork.
It is very nice to see the little ones in the house when it is time to paint, each one grabs a small brush and starts painting the walls, they like to sweep and clean the patio, they take care of the plants and love to help, that is what I have tried to teach them.
How nice it is to see when we sow values in our children, we know that all that generation that rises by our side, will grow with values and healthy attitudes and it will be worthwhile to see how they will transmit cooperation and work which will be of utmost importance in their lives, that this is something fundamental for them, that they learn to take care of the plants, the home, and above all to keep clean that place where they live, that they learn to ensure having a pleasant place where a space of harmony, peace, and tranquility is maintained for the whole family.
It is important to see our family group grow and especially to give true meaning to the "Importance of teamwork in the family." This makes everything more fun, you learn to have cooperation in everything you do to improve the place where you live, to love what you do and to give value to what you have.
