Estamos casi que culmina el primer mes del año, un tiempo donde celebramos fechas importantes y especiales como el ser docente, lo cual desde mi perspectiva de vida es más que una profesión, definitivamente es una pasión que te conecta con la intencionalidad de transformar la vida de las personas que están en tu medio, desde el punto de vista académico como el personal con el modelaje.
No obstante, como cualquier trabajo que debe estar conectado con el corazón, llegan momentos donde la apatía aparece, por lo tanto la pasión decae y todo lo bonito se opaca por el desánimo, somos seres humanos y parte de la humanidad que las abrumaciones diarias no visiten, pero es solo nuestra decisión si queremos dejar que sea parte de nuestro quehacer diario o cerrarle la puerta para que no se instale.
Como parte del equipo directivo de una de las instituciones donde trabajo me comprometí hace unos días en trabajar arduamente por realizar una pequeña, pero muy emotiva celebración en honor a nuestro día, fue una actividad que al final de cuenta, terminó siendo un recordatorio de que nuestra pasión debe ser como una llama que se avive cada día más con el pasar del tiempo.
Para ello nos programamos para compartir un taller que nos permitiera reflexionar sobre la verdadera esencia que caracteriza a los educadores de corazón como lo es la motivación y el crear hábitos que sin tomar en cuenta lo pequeño que sean llegan a marcar la diferencia en la vida del docente y por ende se refleja en las huellas profesionales en nuestro transitar.
Porque no cabe duda que es la pasión lo que nos impulsa a marcar la diferencia, a ser ese eje transformador desde el aula de clase, es justamente ella quien nos permite visualizar en cada uno de nuestros estudiantes que son seres únicos y singulares y que no solo podemos dirigir nuestras acciones al referente teórico, debemos labrar el camino para promover esos talentos dormidos en ellos e impulsarlos a ser agentes de cambios que tienen las habilidades para construir un futuro mejor.
Ahora bien, como seres humanos es parte de nuestro proceso que experimentemos un debilitamiento, no somos una maquinas con una configuración única, podemos experimentar ese desanimo, la flojera, el estar aburrido por hacer las cosas tan rutinarias y hasta la ausencia de reconocimiento por nuestra ardua labor nos puede dirigir por ese amargo camino.
Pero es justamente allí, donde debemos hacer una pausa y pensar el verdadero motivo que nos llevó a ser docentes de corazón, esa necesidad intrínseca de querer cambiar al mundo, esos momentos únicos y especiales que nos han permitido marcar una pequeña, pero significativa diferencia en la vida de quienes nos rodean, es justamente allí donde encontraremos ese motor que nos impulse a recordar nuestra verdadera pasión y vocación.
De igual manera, debemos tener presente que como agentes de cambio debemos estar a la vanguardia, en otras palabras en continua formación y con la mejor disposición de ser innovadores en el proceso, eso no solo hará nuestro trabajo más fácil y didáctico, sino que nos mantiene despierto y vivos en nuestra profesión.
Por todo ello y mucho más fue tan propicio el que nos reuniéramos para recordar lo hermoso y único de nuestra labor como docente, definitivamente el compartir esas anécdotas nos inspira a continuar en nuestro recorrido con mayor inspiración.
En el agasajo decoramos un pequeño espacio, de tal manera que todos los allí presente se sintieran verdaderamente homenajeados y reconocidos, pues al final del camino nuestra profesión nunca declina, porque esto representa comprender que desde los pequeños espacios en el aula de clases todos podemos ser esos nutrientes y líquido vital que toda semilla necesita para germinar y convertirse en un árbol muy frondoso.
¿Y saben cuál es nuestra mejor recompensa? Justamente ese momento, tengamos claro que no todo en el camino es fácil, también hay momentos agotadores, pero nuestra mayor satisfacción es la gratitud de hacer un magnífico trabajo.
Así que querido amigo lector, profesor, maestro o profesionales en general, recordemos siempre que la pasión por nuestro trabajo no debemos dejarla agotar, es una llama que siendo cuidada y atendida se puede extender a diferentes horizontes, así que si estás pasando por un momento de desánimo, solo tomate una pausa y recuerda el rostro y muy especialmente la mirada de aquellos estudiantes curiosos que esperan ampliar sus conocimientos y conocer el mundo justamente de tu mano, en definitivas cuentas ellos son la verdadera razón por la cual te levantas cada día con más ganas de ser un agente de cambio con propósito.

We are almost at the end of the first month of the year, a time where we celebrate important and special dates such as being a teacher, which from my perspective of life is more than a profession, it is definitely a passion that connects you with the intentionality of transforming the lives of people who are in your environment, from the academic and personal point of view with modeling.
However, like any work that must be connected with the heart, there come moments where apathy appears, therefore the passion decays and everything beautiful is dulled by discouragement, we are human beings and part of humanity that daily overwhelmments do not visit, but it is only our decision if we want to let it be part of our daily work or close the door so that it does not settle.
As part of the management team of one of the institutions where I work I committed myself a few days ago to work hard to make a small but very emotional celebration in honor of our day, it was an activity that at the end of the day, ended up being a reminder that our passion should be like a flame that is fanned every day more with the passing of time.
To this end, we planned to share a workshop that allowed us to reflect on the true essence that characterizes educators at heart, such as motivation and the creation of habits that, regardless of how small they may be, make a difference in the life of the teacher and therefore are reflected in the professional footprints in our journey.
Because there is no doubt that passion is what drives us to make a difference, to be that transforming axis from the classroom, it is precisely what allows us to visualize in each of our students that they are unique and singular beings and that we can not only direct our actions to the theoretical reference, we must carve the way to promote those talents dormant in them and encourage them to be agents of change that have the skills to build a better future.
Now, as human beings it is part of our process that we experience a weakening, we are not a machine with a unique configuration, we can experience that discouragement, laziness, being bored by doing things so routine and even the absence of recognition for our hard work can lead us down that bitter path.
But it is precisely there, where we must pause and think about the true motive that led us to become teachers at heart, that intrinsic need to want to change the world, those unique and special moments that have allowed us to make a small but significant difference in the lives of those around us, it is precisely there where we will find that engine that drives us to remember our true passion and vocation.
Likewise. We must keep in mind that as agents of change we must be at the forefront, in other words in continuous training and with the best disposition to be innovative in the process, that will not only make our work easier and didactic, but it will keep us awake and alive in our profession.
For all these reasons and much more it was so appropriate that we gathered to remember the beauty and uniqueness of our work as teachers, definitely sharing these anecdotes inspires us to continue on our journey with more inspiration.
In the celebration we decorated a small space, so that everyone present there felt truly honored and recognized, because at the end of the road our profession never declines, because this represents understanding that from the small spaces in the classroom we can all be those nutrients and vital liquid that every seed needs to germinate and become a very leafy tree.
And you know what our best reward is? precisely that moment, let's be clear that not everything on the way is easy, there are also exhausting moments, but our greatest satisfaction is the gratitude of doing a magnificent job.
So dear friend reader, teacher, professor, teacher or professionals in general, always remember that the passion for our work should not be exhausted, it is a flame that being cared for and cared for can be extended to different horizons, so if you are going through a moment of discouragement, just take a break and remember the face and especially the look of those curious students who hope to expand their knowledge and learn the world just from your hand, ultimately they are the real reason why you get up every day with more desire to be an agent of change with purpose.
