Una introducción necesaria
Todavía falta mucho por hacer, para que la mujer tenga el reconocimiento social que se ha ganado y es bastante lo que los creadores de contenidos podemos hacer para contribuir con este objetivo.
Este trabajo es una pequeña gota que quiero verter en el desierto humano de aquellos insensibles que no entienden la importancia del ser femenino en las relaciones interpersonales.
Espero que lo aquí expresado sea de su agrado y me deje sus opiniones en la caja de comentarios.
La mujer y las relaciones interpersonales
Quien escribe, no concibe las relaciones sin la presencia de la mujer, porque ella le da un toque especial a todo lo que hace y, es capaz de convertir en luz la mayor oscuridad que exista.
En mi experiencia personal he tenido la posibilidad de convivir con varias mujeres que han hecho de cada proyecto en los que he participado un espacio de creación especial y una vía de luces y esperanzas.
Aquí les dejo un ejemplo de lo anterior, desde tres esferas de actuación
La mujer, el hogar y la familia
Si hay un espacio en el que las relaciones interpersonales de nuestras mujeres juegan un papel esencial es su relación con la familia porque sin querer decir que diferentes roles familiares son privativos de las mujeres lo cierto es que en un hogar la mano de la mujer expande limpieza, riega belleza y certifica bienestar. Y, lo anterior, lo podemos ver desde el rol de madre, esposa, hermana.
La mujer tiene la tendencia a ordenarnos la vida familiar, concibe todos los detalles para que la vida en el hogar sea lo más ordenada y hermosa posible y se encarga de hacer posible lo imposible.
¿Cómo es posible que todos podamos comer diariamente si lo que llevamos a la casa no alcanza para todo el mes?
¿Cómo se las arregla mamá para que los niños puedan ir bien vestidos a la escuela, alimentarlos, lavar todas sus ropas, limpiar la casa, atender al esposo, encargarse de los demás miembros de la casa, trabajar en la calle y en la casa?
La mujer en el amor de pareja
En la pareja, la mujer es el equilibrio, el puente entre la rudeza del ser masculino y la suavidad femenina. Es quien, muchas veces, cede para que la relación pueda germinar y muchas veces tiene la razón tras discusiones hostiles o malos entendidos.
El papel de la mujer en las relaciones interpersonales es vital porque, contrario a lo que se piensa, su fortaleza radica en la capacidad de ver las debilidades de nosotros y potenciarlas, el hecho de que gritemos más o tengamos más fuerza no significa que seamos los reyes de la relación o los que mandamos en esta, es todo lo contario.
¿Cuántas veces una relación amorosa se ha salvado por la astucia femenina, la capacidad de saber callar cuando es necesario y corregir con la suavidad de un soplo de amor? Y, eso no la hace débil, todo lo contrario, la hace un ser inmensamente fuerte
La mujer y el trabajo
Las relaciones interpersonales de la mujer en el trabajo siempre aportan un hálito de romanticismo y ternura que logra tener un efecto positivo en los resultados del trabajo que realizamos.
Si usted trabaja en educación y le pregunta a una profesora cómo abordar un contenido determinado, siempre lo hará desde la mística de su experiencia femenina y tendrá las respuestas que busca en el amor y el cariño.
Cuando hace falta un criterio conciliador, ellas estarán prestas a darlo y el resultado se hará evidente.
Incluso, en la labor de dirección han demostrado tener una capacidad que escapa de todos los rangos de sacrificios y amores posibles porque, además, deben trabajar y encargarse de su hogar, su relación amorosa y su familia.
Un comentario final
Hace años escribí una reflexión sobre la mujer y aquí les dejo una de sus partes, como conclusión de este trabajo:
Muchas veces me han preguntado qué cosa es una mujer y la verdad me he quedado siempre a medias o he sido muy corto en la respuesta que he dado. Sin embargo, pensando me dije, es imposible dar una respuesta tan acabada para definir a este ser maravilloso………………... Entonces arribé a la siguiente conclusión: La mujer no se puede definir porque el amor, la madre, la bondad, la belleza, la amabilidad y la ternura no se pueden encerrar en un concepto, la mujer es grande porque comparte todas esas cualidades y muchas más, porque además de todo eso deja huellas para toda la vida, porque es el ser más fuerte y sublime de la raza humana y la más delicada de las criaturas.
Si todo lo anterior no bastara, para que existamos nosotros tiene que estar ellas; sin la mujer sería imposible el verso, la canción, el amor y la vida.

In my personal experience I have had the possibility of living with several women who have made every project in which I have participated a special space of creation and a path of light and hope.

And we can see this from the role of mother, wife, sister.
The woman has the tendency to order our family life, she conceives all the details so that life in the home is as orderly and beautiful as possible and she is in charge of making the impossible possible.

How does mother manage to make sure that the children can go to school well dressed, feed them, wash all their clothes, clean the house, take care of her husband, take care of the other members of the household, work in the street and in the house?

However, thinking, I said to myself, it is impossible to give an answer so finished to define this wonderful being ...................... Then I came to the following conclusion: Woman cannot be defined because love, mother, goodness, beauty, kindness and tenderness cannot be enclosed in a concept, woman is great because she shares all these qualities and many more, because in addition to all this she leaves traces for life, because she is the strongest and most sublime being of the human race and the most delicate of creatures.
