El día martes asistí a una clase de yoga en dónde por primera vez hice el saludo a la luna, la instructora guío la clase con demasiado amor y entrega. Sentí que mi cuerpo y alma estaban anhelando esa clase de yoga,nada de lo que nos sucede es casualidad, todo pasa por una causa y efecto. Ese día fui a la shala en mi bicicleta. Unir el yoga con andar en bicicleta es lo mejor que he podido experimentar,luego que llegue a casa tenía una sensación de ligereza, plenitud, libertad y felicidad que no podría explicar mediante las palabras. Fue realmente maravilloso, y como siempre, me di a la tarea de leer e investigar acerca del saludo a la luna, ya que quisiera seguir llevando a cabo está nueva secuencia a mi práctica personal. Y a continuación, les citaré un poco lo que indague.

On Tuesday I attended a yoga class where for the first time I saluted the moon, the instructor guided the class with too much love and delivery. I felt that my body and soul were longing for that yoga class, nothing that happens to us is by chance, everything happens through cause and effect. That day I went to the shala on my bicycle. Combining yoga with riding a bicycle is the best thing I have ever experienced, after I got home I had a feeling of lightness, fullness, freedom and happiness that I could not explain through words. It was really wonderful, and as always, I gave myself the task of reading and researching about the greeting to the moon, since I would like to continue carrying out this new sequence to my personal practice. "El saludo a la luna o Chandra Namaskar es en yoga una secuencia de 9 asanas o posturas de yoga que se realizan de manera encadenada. Dependiendo de la variante, el inicio y el final confluyen.
