yep, not easy. even now the guns are much more popular here due to the conflict and almost daily terroristic acts inside the country, but still everyone need a special license to have it and there are no cases that people use the guns just to threaten a neighbor or a passerby. Its absolutely different "culture" of having gun - a pistol only for the private persons and sure more massive automatic gun for the army ppl. I learned to be safe when i see someone with the gun, due to the law of having it visible if it with you.
