What was I doing about 10 years ago, around this time of year? I was chasing a parade of cosplayers through the streets of downtown Calgary. Many of these images are actually unpublished; I take so many that I have large stacks of things that don't always see the light of day. Sometimes it's because I pick out certain ones that I liked best at the time, but mostly it's because there are so many to go through each year that I have an ever-ready arsenal of more. I really try to just document the events as they unfold and appreciate all the creativity that I am witnessing as it passes by.
