This is a set of fireworks photos that I took with my Nikon D750. After a few test shots to get the look that I wanted, I used all the same settings for these. They are a 4-second exposure, which worked well to get some streakiness in the bursts; a tripod is necessary when shooting a longer exposure. The great thing is with a remote I simply set and forget; I can watch the display with my own eyes while hitting my remote button intermintantly as the burst rose into the night. I think compared to previous times I have captured fireworks, this seemed almost worry-free, as I was confident what I was doing worked and I could relax and let the show unfold.
