These 2 Blue Villains have no relation that I know of other than both being part of the Star Wars Galaxy. One is a Grand Admiral of the Galactic Empire, and the other is an Intergalatic Bounty Hunter.
Their attire should let you know which one is which. I like setting up a mini studio to do these types of shoots. It consists of a pair of small LED light panels that can be adjusted, and I also use a variety of backgrounds to create different looks. All of the usual studio tricks and lighting set-ups work just as well at a small scale, so it is a great way to try different photographic techniques and experience some interesting characters.
