Hello, Hive community! I'm Omar Salazar and I'm excited to share with you some photos I've taken in the historic center of my city, Cumaná, in the Sucre state of Venezuela. Although I am not a professional photographer, I am passionate about capturing special moments with my camera, and today I want to show you these beautiful places through my photographs:

- The majestic Basilica Menor Santa Inés: A beautiful colonial-style church dating from the 18th century.
- The historic Cathedral Church: The main Catholic church of Cumaná, dedicated to Our Lady of Mount Carmel.
- The House of the illustrious poet José Antonio Ramos Sucre: Former residence of the renowned 19th century Venezuelan poet. Today, it functions as a museum dedicated to preserving his literary and cultural legacy.
- The House of renowned poet Andrés Eloy Blanco: Home of the influential Venezuelan poet and politician of the 20th century. This historic house is a site of cultural interest where you can explore the works and life of the poet.
- The charming Plaza Bolívar: The heart of Cumaná, where the equestrian statue of the Liberator Simón Bolívar is located surrounded by beautiful gardens and historic buildings.
- The picturesque Callejón Santa Inés: A picturesque cobblestone street that winds through the historic center of Cumaná. It is lined with colorful colonial houses and craft shops, creating a charming colonial atmosphere.
- The serene Manzanares River: A calm river that runs through the city of Cumaná, providing freshness and greenery to its surroundings.
- The fascinating Gran Mariscal de Ayacucho Museum: An important museum dedicated to the history of independence hero Antonio José de Sucre and culture, with exhibits ranging from art to the fight for independence.

- La Casa del ilustre poeta José Antonio Ramos Sucre: Antigua residencia del reconocido poeta venezolano del siglo XIX. Hoy en día, funciona como un museo dedicado a preservar su legado literario y cultural.
- La Casa del renombrado poeta Andrés Eloy Blanco: Hogar del influyente poeta y político venezolano del siglo XX. Esta casa histórica es un sitio de interés cultural donde se pueden explorar las obras y la vida del poeta.

Estan muy bonitas las fotos de Cumaná, me da curiosidad explorar el interior de cada lugar, principalmente la iglesia del Carmen, debe ser preciosa. Saludos 🤗
