Anthology of achromatic photography

It's inevitable, but I'm still in the black and white photography fever. For more than a week I have been taking photographs in this style, and for this occasion I continue with the same fever, and I show you this series of 8 photographs under the technique of achromatism, with different approaches, perspectives and models or photographic objectives, where each one has a particular character within the photographic framing.

As we see in this anthology, they are comprised between human and animal models, where each of these shots, I tried to find a different approach between them, such as making closer shots or with details, which stand out better, for the reason that I mainly seek in these photo shoots. In addition to always highlight the character of spontaneity and naturalness in the scene, as other of the main reasons that I always try to capture in the photographs I take.

Now, in relation to the style and technique, of course all of them are achromatic, and on the other hand, I use the photographic resource, in the best Rembrandt style, in the case of some photographs, where I play with the chiaroscuro and the lighting profile in the photographic lenses, which has its purpose in highlighting more the expressions of the models.

Therefore, in all these photographs and especially with the Rembrandt technique, lighting is essential, so you need a good light source, which on this occasion as I always do, I take advantage of natural lighting in the afternoon, where sunlight is more intense, although of course it can be achieved with artificial light, taking into account that the artificial source has a higher degree of intensity, so that the image can be captured sharper.
