Never repost any of your posts or use any content from your older posts in a new post. This is called recycling content and you would get blacklisted for it.
So in the future, never do what you have done here. And it would be better if you edit this post I'm commenting on, empty it and replace the text with [deleted] in the title and the body of the post.
