His mother is cruel. And moving on from a loved one can take years. Decades even. He must have loved her so much to accept all of her. I do hope he finds peace soon.

Yea.. He loved her so much and that's why it was hard for him to move on. The mother in a way was tough on him but she was just trying to state the obvious and to help her son move on
