Nichybo - Chapter 1, A new god is born [EN/ES]

This story begins in Nichybo (nothingness).

I find myself lost, starving... my body feels weak and my mind darkened and clouded as I vaguely float through the vast emptiness.

Motes of light catch my attention but I can only focus for as long as my agonized state allows, nothing.

Suddenly, a concentrated glow appears in the distance. Being among the millions of dots and specks of light I can observe in the distance in this infinite Nichybo; it shines brighter and brighter until finally I can appreciate a figure emerge from such an aura.

It rushes at me, much faster than I can react or my body respond. Before I can react, a voice emerges:

.- Greetings, Your Great Omnipotence, I am Motngouila.

The being hovers stationary in front of me. -I will be your guide in this sacred journey of becoming the most powerful being in the universe.

Motngouila watches me carefully, -"Oh, no... It seems that your celestial form is in a very weak state. Quickly, you must absorb the energy of a recently deceased god to replenish some of your power.

.- What's going on, where am I," I exclaimed.

.- You are in Nichybo, the realm of the gods! I understand your confusion, master. It is well known that in weak divine forms, entities have difficulty assimilating reality and creating memories. But do not enter into worry, your Greatness, you will soon grow to rival the strength of all others in this realm!

.- What do you mean by absorbing energy or power?

.- Recently, a powerful god was destroyed very close to where we are. When a god dies, all other astral beings possess the ability to absorb a portion of that god's energy. Before you ask, in Nichybo, energy is never created or destroyed, so the power and energy must go somewhere, and it can be yours, Master, however...- He muses a little- the power of a god is of enormous desire and there is much demand for it, which means that the longer you stay with it, the more you absorb, and the more you absorb, the more dangerous it becomes because other beings will want to take it for themselves as well.

Motngouila looks around, as if checking to make sure there is no one around, -Who knows- he gestures, -Gods can die in a thousand different ways and causes. Maybe he was killed by another, stronger god or the mortals in his reign rebelled and finished him off.

Motngouila flies with me across the vast Nichybo, evading clouds of ethereal gas and rocks strewn everywhere. Suddenly, in the distance, a faint light penetrates the vast darkness. As I approach, the light glows with incandescence and illuminates all around until it becomes visible to me.

Before me lies the colossal body of a fallen god, its celestial form seeming to slowly disintegrate into nothingness. I feel powerful energy emanating from the Nichybo around me. Just being in the presence of this great being seems to make me stronger.

.- Hurry, your Greatness, concentrate on acquiring as much energy as possible from the nichybo around you!"- Motngouila shouts. - "We cannot stay here for long, I can feel .... Daemos, other creatures of great power approaching.

I meditate on the vast source of energy around me. Floating stationary, I feel it penetrating my being completely.

.- Very well, master. That's enough, we must get out of here.

.- Okay, let's get out of here.

Motngouila flies with me away from the being back toward the emptiness of Nichybo. -Although it's not much, it's enough to start with.

Looking back, I see a horde of astral beings tearing apart the colossal body like ants, fighting and destroying themselves in their desperation.

Esta historia empieza en Nichybo (la nada).

Me hallo perdido, hambriento... mi cuerpo se siente débil y mi mente oscurecida y nublada mientras vagamente floto a través del vasto vacío.

Motas de luz captan mi atención pero solo puedo enfocarme por tanto tiempo como mi agonizante estado me permite, nada.

De pronto, un brillo concentrado aparece en la distancia. Estando entre los millones de puntos y motas de luz que puedo observar en la distancia en este Nichybo infinito; brilla más y más hasta que finalmente puedo apreciar una figura emerger de tal aura.

Se abalanza sobre mí, mucho más rápido de lo que puedo reaccionar o mi cuerpo responder. Antes de que pueda reaccionar, una voz emerge:

.- Saludos, su Gran Omnipotencia, yo soy Motngouila.

El ser flota estacionariamente frente a mí. -Yo seré tu guía en esta sagrada travesía de volverte el ser más poderoso en el universo-.

Motngouila me observa detenidamente, -Oh, no… Parece ser que tu forma celestial está en un estado muy débil. Rápido, debes absorber la energía de un dios recientemente fallecido para reponer parte de tu poder.

.- ¿Qué está pasando, dónde estoy?- exclamé.

.- Estas en el Nichybo, ¡el reino de los dioses! Entiendo tu confusión, maestro. Es bien conocido que en formas divinas débiles, las entidades tengan dificultad asimilando la realidad y creando recuerdos. ¡Pero no entre en preocupación, su Grandeza, pronto crecerás para rivalizar la fuerza de todos los otros en este reino!-

.- ¿Qué quieres decir con absorber la energía o poder?-

.- Recientemente, un dios poderoso fue destruido muy cerca de donde estamos. Cuando un dios muere, todos los otros seres astrales poseen la habilidad para absorber una porción de la energía de ese dios. Antes que preguntes, en Nichybo, la energía nunca es creada ni destruida, por lo que el poder y energía debe ir a algún lugar, y puede ser suya, Maestro, sin embargo…- Musita un poco- el poder de un dios es de enorme deseo y hay mucha demanda por éste, lo que significa que mientras más demores junto a él, mas absorbes, y mientras más absorbes, más peligroso se vuelve porque otros seres querrán tomarlo para ellos también.-

Motngouila mira al rededor, como chequeando para asegurarse que no haya nadie al rededor, -Quién sabe- gesticula, - los dioses pueden morir de mil maneras y causas distintas. Quizá fue asesinado por otro dios más fuerte o los mortales en su reinado se revelaron y lo acabaron.

Motngouila vuela conmigo por el vasto Nichybo, evadiendo nubes de gas etéreo y rocas esparcidas por todos lados. De repente, en la distancia, una tenue luz penetra la vasta oscuridad. Mientras me acerco, la luz brilla con incandescencia e ilumina todo al rededor hasta volverse visible para mí.

Ante mí yace el colosal cuerpo de un dios caído, su forma celestial parece lentamente desintegrarse en la nada. Siento una poderosa energía emanando en el Nichybo a mí alrededor. Solo con estar en presencia de este gran ser parece que me vuelvo más fuerte.

.-¡De prisa, su Grandeza, concéntrese en adquirir tanta energía como le sea posible del nichybo a su alrededor!"- Motngouila grita. -"No podemos permanecer aquí mucho tiempo, puedo sentir ... Daemos, otras creaturas de gran poder acercándose.

Medito en la vasta fuente de energía a mí alrededor. Flotando estacionario, siento que penetra en mi ser por completo.

.-Muy bien, maestro. Eso es suficiente, debemos irnos de aquí.

.- Bien, vayámonos de aquí.

Motngouila vuela conmigo lejos del ser de vuelta hacia el vacío de Nichybo. -Aunque no es mucho, es suficiente para comenzar.

Mirando atrás, veo una horda de seres astrales destrozando el cuerpo colosal como hormigas, peleando y destruyéndose a sí mismos en su desespero.
