I constantly have to remind myself how good I have it, as my depression often puts a blindfold on me, making it very difficult to change into a positive perspective. I am determined to learn how to wake up and be happy about life, enjoying it to its fullest for the rest of my life, I hope it doesn't take too long to build the habit.
You and me both! I struggle with mental health, I am shit at life, I question myself, I do not feel worthy, I'm fucked up, I am working on it, I wish you the strengh and patience to get there! You will get there! Keep working on yourself, keep being there for yourself and if sometimes it's too much simply take a break and nourish yourself! You first! Then everything else!
Very sorry to hear about your cousin, it puts life in perspective... A friend of mine recently had a friend pass away suddenly and we were just talking about it yesterday! He's having issues to sleep now and he told me that he does not like to detach from reality, he does not like to sleep... Life is tough and even people with a strong mind can get drown down at times...
so communication is a tough one for me.
