Wow, what a chilling and intense story! The buildup with the mysterious temples and the eerie encounters in the jungle really pulled me in. I love how you slowly unveiled the supernatural elements, especially the transformation of the girl into the vampire—it was terrifying and really well done. The twist at the end, with the narrator sacrificing Mariela and the professor for his own survival and success, is dark but adds a lot of depth to the character.
The atmosphere and suspense kept me hooked from beginning to end. Great job on creating such a gripping tale!
