Thanks for expressing interest in my post. I don't see a laser upright bass on instructables but the arduino community is always coming up with new open source projects every day. Sooner or later that will happen. The closest I can find is a laser synth-guitar so maybe a little modification to that project is needed. :-)
Who knows? Maybe you'll be the one to write the first popular Teslapunk song about how the powers that be tried to suppress free energy but a ragtag group fought back to share the technology with the whole world.
