Anxiety can be a life long problem, as my wife also used to suffer from it, but after we were married 20 years ago, I gently helped her to overcome her fears, during our regular meetings with strangers at the charity. It was the right medicine, as now she can meet with anyone.

Thank you Stephen , my anxiety started somewhere around 2008 after my burn-out , but that is the past i try to focus forward and days like yesterday are the victories i need to move forward.

Burnouts are terrible things Mick. We are still recovering after our second ones and that's why we moved down to the Cape. You definitely have to move forward, as I know that you can conquer it and that's why I decided to comment on your post. Restoration is never easy, but a positive mindframe can work wonders.
