Good day, my beloved friends!
Today I will try to explain how speed makes monsters so powerful and You can win the battle in #Splinterlands. It's going to be fantastic.
Now it's time to select the monsters.
The rule of this battle was "Standard" and the mana limit was 18.
But first, let me tell you about the creature I utilized in the fight.
"DIEMONSHARKs" are monsters who like to roam the cosmos alone in search of prey and territory. They're terrifying creatures with lightning-quick reactions. They are fiercely protective of their territory. They dislike fighting other monsters, but they become enraged when defending their own area and annihilating anyone who tries to occupy it.
"DIEMONSHARK" is a Rare Water monster that has 2 Melee power, 4 Speeds, 7 Health 6 Armor, and the TRAMPLE ability. After using this monster in a battle, you won't regret it. It's a Water monster so I used this monster with the RARE Water Summoner "KELYA FRENDUL" that has the ability to give extra Armor and Speed to all the friendly monsters. "DIEMONSHARK" already comes with 4 Speed and 6 Armor and getting an extra 1 speed and Armor makes this monster more powerful which you will find out in the battle.
This monster is costly. You have to spend 8 Mana to use in the battle.
Since the salt disease took root in Azmaré's Frozen Hell ten years ago, the heat has been gradually but slowly climbing. The Ice Shelf, like the Palace of the Snow Giant, is not in danger of melting, but new, naughty ice creatures have begun to emerge from the melted fissures. These "ICE PIXIE" appear to have been frozen for many lifetimes, waiting for a warmer season to break free. Once free, Ice Pixies roam the Splinterlands like warp speed children, wreaking havoc on the natural environment.
"ICE PIXIE" is a Rare Water monster that has 1 Magic power, 3 Speeds, 1 Health, 6 Armor, and the "FLYING" ability. Using this monster in battle is a bit risky because it has only 1 Health. One hit from the enemy monster can easily kill her. But here is the fact that she has "FLYING" ability, so if the monsters with non-flying ability try to attack her, most of the time they missed their attack.
This monster is not costly. You have to spend only 2 Mana to use in the battle.
"Scavo Hireling" is a Common Life Unit Monster that has no attack power but 2 Speed, 1 Health. He excels at simple chores that do not necessitate much time or effort. As they adore learning new things, he has a desire for data, tales, and gadgets, so whether you pay him a coin or not, you must offer him one of those.
I know this monster has no attacking power still, I like to use him in most of my battle because of his "Repair" ability. He can restore some armor to the friendly Monster whose armor has taken the most damage in each round. That is mean when the Armor of any friendly monster is damaged by the enemy monster, he will repair back +2 Armor each battle.
This monster is not costly. You have to spend only 2 Mana to use in the battle.
"Deeplurkers" are toxic fish that live at the bottom of the ocean and feed on the helpless. They are terrifying to see. They have been known to rise to the fore in times of great need. Many think they are hypersensitive to the elemental water magic balance, and that when that balance is threatened, the "Deeplurkers" rise to attack or defend it.
"DEEPLURKER" is a Rare Water monster that has 3 Melee power, 2 Speeds, 6 Health, and the "Opportunity" ability. It is a very strong and powerful monster. The "Opportunity" ability is the only main reason for using this monster in a battle. Monsters with this ability can attack from any position of the row even if it's a Melee attack monster.
This monster is not costly. You have to spend only 6 Mana to use in the battle.
These monsters resemble leaves in appearance. They reside in the Amazonian jungles. At first glance, these jungle vines appear to be innocuous, but closer inspection reveals tiny toothed mouths all over the plant's skin. The vines would swiftly wrap around your entire body and sink their teeth into you if you run a campaign in the Amazon jungle. They would drain every ounce of blood from you over the following ten minutes, thus killing you.
"FEASTING SEAWEED" is a Rare Water monster that has 2 Melee Power, 1 Speed, 2 Health, and the "Opportunity" ability. Working on this monster, I realize this could be one of the best monsters of low mana cost.
This monster is not costly. You have to spend only 4 Mana to use in the battle.
"ALBATROSS" is a common Water monster that has no attacking power but I used that in battle so that monsters of the enemy team waste their attack to kill it. But as it has the "Flying" ability so most of the time enemy monsters miss their target.
This monster is not costly. You have to spend only 1 Mana to use in the battle.
Battle Shots:
In Splinterlands, you'll find summoners with a wide range of abilities. Some of them can boost the melee power of all friendly monsters. As a result, the summoner, who summons all of the monsters on the battlefield, bestows special abilities on all of the friendly creatures at the outset of the combat. I summoned the Water Summoner "KELYA FRENDUL," who grants all of my allied monsters increased armor and speed. You won't believe it until you see how speed may save a monster's life and assist in a combat victory.
All of my friendly monsters become faster in this battle after receiving extra armor from the summoner, but not as fast as the hostile "Flying" ability ranged attack monster "SPARK PIXIES". It was the fastest creature in the combat, so it went after "DIEMONSHARK", who was in the first place. The attacking monster's strike merely manages to damage "DIEMONSHARK's" armor. ** After that, the opposing monster "XENITH MONK" was attacked by both "DIEMONSHARK" and "ICE PIXIE". Both of them combined only did 3 harm to this common neutral monster's health.
My opponent was using the Rare Fire Summoner whose name is "TARSA" that has the power to provide extra Melee attack power and Health. So after getting that extra Melee power from the summoner, they become more destructive. But only having much-attacking power is not good enough to win a battle. The enemy monster "XENITH MONK" attacks "DIEMONSHARK" and again only manage to damage the armor of him. After that "DEEPLURKER" targets the lowest health enemy monster "CHAOS AGENT" and killed it. "DEEPLURKER" that has the "Opportunity" ability always targets the monsters with low health. One of the enemy monsters whose name is "SERPENTINE SPY", has the "Opportunity" ability too. So he tried to strike the lowest health monster of my team "ICE PIXIE" but "ICE PIXIE" has "Flying" ability so the lowest speed monster "SERPENTINE SPY" missed his target.
There was another "Opportunity" ability monster in my team. and as for its nature, it tried to strike the lowest health enemy monster "SPARK PIXIES" which is a ranged attack monster. But unfortunately, that enemy monsters have "Flying" ability too. so the lowest speed monster "FEASTING SEAWEED" missed its target.
Round 2 continued as round 1. At first, the Ranged attack monster "SPARK PIXIES" again strike on the "DIEMONSHARK". After that both "DIEMONSHARK" and "ICE PIXIE" attacked the opposing monster "XENITH MONK" and do 3 more health damage. "XENITH MONK" was barely alive with only 1 health. This time when "SERPENTINE SPY" attacked "ICE PIXIE", he didn't miss. But he couldn't kill the monster "ICE PIXIE" either because that strike hit the armor. "DEEPLURKER" the monster with "Opportunity" ability target the "XENITH MONK" as it becomes the lowest health monster. That strike killed that enemy monster. My opponent already lost 2 monsters but I didn't lose a single one. As soon as I thought that, the enemy monster "TENYII STRIKER" which has the "Sneak" ability, killed the last positioned monster "ALBATROSS".
In round 2, "LIVING LAVA" the enemy Melee attack monster gets his first chance to attack. It is a pure example of destruction because in a single attack he can damage 4 health or the armor of any enemy monster. When "LIVING LAVA" attack the first positioned monster of my team "DIEMONSHARK", it could have damaged 4 health of it but the common neutral monster "Scavo Hireling" repair back the armor. As a result, that attack from the "LIVING LAVA" only manage to damage the armor. Just think of it, only because the "Repair" ability, "DIEMONSHARK" didn't even lose single health because each round "Scavo Hireling" was repairing the damaged armor back. But what can I say to "FEASTING SEAWEED" because even in this round, he misses the target while attacking "ICE PIXIE".
In round 3, finally "SERPENTINE SPY" killed the Magic attack monster "ICE PIXIE". Now think for a moment, this monster "ICE PIXIE" should have died in the first round when she was attacked by "SERPENTINE SPY" because she has only 1 health. But because of having extra armor, an increase of speed, and "Flying" ability, she easily survived till round 3. And since "SERPENTINE SPY" was attacking "ICE PIXIE" every round, he didn't get a chance to attack any other monsters.
I lost only 1 monster in this round but my opponent lost 2 monsters. At first, the opponent's monster "SPARK PIXIES" was killed by "DEEPLURKER". It is also an "Opportunity" ability monster. In the last two rounds, "FEASTING SEAWEED" attacked "SPARK PIXIES" twice but each time it missed the target. But "DEEPLURKER" didn't make any mistake. At first chance, it killed the enemy Ranged attack monster "SPARK PIXIES".
"FEASTING SEAWEED" didn't make any mistake to kill the opponent's "Opportunity" ability monster "SERPENTINE SPY". At the 10th hit in round 3, it locked on "SERPENTINE SPY" as it was the lowest health monster alive in the enemy's team. "DIEMONSHARK" was lost all of his armor in this battle so if the enemy monster "LIVING LAVA" strike him that will damage 4 health. But just before he attacks "DIEMONSHARK", the friendly monster "SCAVO HIRELING" again repairs back the damaged armor.
Only two of the enemy monsters were alive on the other hand 4 of my monsters were alive. That rare Fire monster "DIEMONSHARK" was getting a lot of hits. "DIEMONSHARK" with 2 Melee power and "DIEMONSHARK" with 3 Melee power was continuously attacking him. But he has the "Shield" which was reducing the damage from these 2 monsters. Together both attacks should have done 5 health damage but it was only damaging 3 health. The Melee-powered monster "DIEMONSHARK" that has the "Sneak" ability, targets my last monster of the row "DIEMONSHARK". And that was life end for my "Opportunity" ability monster. Opponent's monsters were very weak only because of their speed. They were missing a lot of hits while attacking the monsters.
In round 6, finally, the enemy monster "LIVING LAVA" was killed. "DIEMONSHARK" killed that monster. As it comes with an uncommon ability which is "Trample". When a Monster with "Trample" hits and kills its target, it will perform another attack on the next Monster on the enemy Team. So "DIEMONSHARK" again attack the next monster of the enemy team "TENYII STRIKER" and damage 2 health. Now only one monster can't win against my monsters right. So I win this battle very easily.
