HOW MUCH SPS SHOULD YOU OWN AND STAKE?

I get this question so often and the truth is there is really no right answer. Everybody's situation and goals are different so it's hard to give a singular answer on this. I can just give my own plan which is to stack and stake as much SPS as possible.

That being said, I wanted to frame this question a different way.

Think about this - there will only ever be 3 billion SPS tokens in existence. As a share of the pie, how much do you want to own of that? How much of the Splinterlands top asset do you want to be in control of?

It's not a perfect analogy as SPS isn't a stock, but there is a sense of ownership in the game as SPS holders and stakers will be able to make decisions in the future regarding the development and direction of the game. If that has value to you, how much do you want your vote to be worth?

For me, my goal is to get to 1M SPS at some point, maybe even 3M as that would get me 0.1% ownership in the game's main asset. I'm a long way from that, but every journey begins with the first step and it's why I consistently say that I am trying to stack and stake as much SPS over any other asset in the game.
