Your banner image is stolen from the image someone else created for their battle post they posted earlier in the week. @behiver they took your content. Here is the original post in which this image is used and was edited for posted 5 days ago. This banner image is plagiarism

Dear friend I know this picture is for someone else because it is on google search and the challenge is to share the battle not the pictures. So the picture is not necessary like sharing the link and the opinion of the character. If it was a painting or a personal picture, it could be considered as plagiarism, also you can see my other posts in drawing challenges, I do not rely on theft as a method to attract attention, I am an artist and this affects my reputation. Thanks for your opinion.

If this is the case you need to change the image. Someone else edited the image that is available via google to include the Splinterlands logo and cutthroat elf. You are not using the original image. You are stealing the edit, that image exists in that edited form only is @behiver 's post. It is even discernable that it is in fact his image here only cropped, and in the post he does not express permission for others to use his work. Images that appear on google often times have their own copyrights and places they come from (google just lets you SEARCH FOR THEM). Unless you edited the image in a significant way and cited it ie the way the user you stole this image from did. It is not your image nor do you have the rights to this particular edit. Images on google can have rights and copyrights regardless of it being on google. It doesn't mean it's free for everyone to use no matter what just because it's on google. If you are an artist/editor/photographer and someone uses your artwork/ images that appears on google (as most images do) and reposts it in their post as their work they are stealing your content. Images and works that appear on peakd also appear on google the majority of the time, being on google is not an excuse. Many authors and content creators here create on and off chain. You could've cited your image or have proven permission from the person who has created this exact image in a battle post 5 days ago. This image was edited by this individual from a creative commons image of a D and D book, and you stole his edit and cropped it ever so slightly. My recommendation is to either delete the image, cite the original post or someone else will do something about it. If admins etc. see this expect worse than just a comment and a downvote. His post is here, please don't continue to lie about this either it just looks worse as it's very easy to prove as both posts are here on hive and completely transparent on the blockchain. Its easy enough to use a different image, the one Splinterlands gives you permission to use in the contest post, or go to the trouble to edit the original image yourself (the original background image is the cover for the D and D book the lost mine of phandelver). The image you have is the version edited by @behiver (his original edit). A way to get around this is to merely do your OWN edit of the image, cropping his edit slightly and using it as your own is plagiarism. Imagine if someone took what you just worked on and cropped it slightly to use it as the banner for their battle post. Is that plagiarism? YES. The consequences can be MUCH MUCH MORE dire for this sort of thing, more than just my little downvote and my comment warning you to change the post. If you change the post I will change my vote. I recommend doing this before mods, admins, and plagiarism detection bots see this. They won't care what excuses you have. If this was done by mistake changing it shouldn't be difficult, and realize that next time you might get reported by an admin or mod and be in much hotter water without even getting the opportunity to fix it or explain yourself. I hope you take this as what it is, a warning with time to fix your mistake. Change this post. I'm only trying to help, and again I will gladly change my vote when this issue is dealt with. Even though this is a battle challenge and not an art challenge, using someone else's image they created for the battle challenge without permission is very very wrong and is plagiarism. If you wish to use a generic battle post banner image use the one Splinterlands provides in the contest post, DO NOT USE one from another player without their permission. Please understand I'm only trying to help, have a nice day.
