I sent DEC to my ingame wallet from my BSC wallet, but it has not arrived. BSC scan shows it went through successfully. But no DRC in my balance.
Does anyone know how to get it redeemed? Or who to contact from the devs? I know it is the right wallet, because i have done the same transfer witnout problem in the past.
Im guessing this can not be the first glitch like this and someone must have been through this before.

i send SteemUSD from steem engine to BTC wallet and dont get USD in wallet, and i dont use steem anymore, hive engine is better and trustabile.
I have not touched the steem engine at all yet. I have 9k dec in hive engine but can not figure out how to send it back to in game wallet. It says i am mussing active authority. Tho my active key is saved in hive signer.

I was able to get it by messaging [email protected] So if anyone else has this issue, message them with tx hash, username, and wallet address.
