I'm back with my Splinterlads post. This is a new challenge from Splinterlands in exchange for the Share Your Battle Weekly Challenge, the Battle Mage Sectret Weekly Challenge whose theme this week is the Aim True rulesets. Actually, it's not much different from the previous challenge, which discussed battle strategy, it's just that the theme every week is based on Rulesets, not with certain monsters.
On this occasion I will share one of the battle strategies that I did when pushing rank in the Gold wild league. I'm sure you'll like the battle I'm sharing because in this battle Jared Scar's bloodlust from both teams is currently active. It will be an exciting and thrilling show.
Well, I'm neither a proplayer nor a tournament hero. I just enjoys sharing strategy and battles that I find interesting in my own view. I played on modern and wild battles on Gold leagues, and maybe the battle strategies I'd share weren't suitable to apply in other leagues because the differences in ability that open up are different from each league.
BATTLE PREPARATION
Challenge Rules
RULESET: AIM TRUE
Description: Melee and ranged attacks will always hit their target.
Note: This applies to magic attacks as well even if there is a phase monster.
Battle Rulesets
The rulesets in this battle are:
- Super Sneak (All Melee Monster attacks have the Sneak ability)
- Aim True (Attacks always hit their target)
- What Doesn't Kill You (All Monsters have the Enrage ability)
- Mana Capacity 41
- Active Element Life and Dragon
Line Up and Strategy
In general, the strategy I use is to use 2 tanks, namely the tank in the first position and the tank in the rear position as the target of the Sneak. If you look at the rulesets above, it is very likely that the opponent will use some Melee monsters as the main attacker, so using Demoralize monsters will really help reduce attacks. Heal and Repair support is also very useful.
The complete line-up and strategy of each monster I chose in this battle will be explained in the table below:

In addition, by using the Dragon Summoner, we can use Dragon, Neutral and Life elements, when compared to only using the Life Summoner which can only be used to summon Life and Neutral monsters. |
 Pelacor Conjurer | Tank | Flying, Reflect Magic | Pelacor Conjurer is a Non damage tank that has a very powerful mana 2, and is a favorite of many players as a low mana tank. Because of the Super Sneak rulesets, most likely the ones that make this monster the target target are only the frontmost monsters and the Magic and Range monsters, so I think this monster is enough as a Front Tank |
 Oshuur Constantia | Attacker, Support | Resurrect, Reflection Shield | In second place I was a Constantia who had a Reflection Shield, in anticipation if the opponent's attack had a Blast. In addition, this monster also has a Resurrect that will resurrect the monster of the first dead comrade. As an attacker, this monster has 2 magic damage, and by using magic attacks that the opponent may not have anticipated for magic attacks because of the Super Sneak rulesets. |
 Adelade Brightwing | Attacker, Support | Flying, Repair, Resurrect, Immunity | In third place I chose Adelade Brightwing, who has a magic attack, who also has support Repair an Resurrect abilities. This is a Serurrect monster besides Oshuur Constantia, so there will be 2x generation in this battle. Repair ability will be very useful because it restores the Armor of other monsters that have the most attacks. |
 Jared Scar | Main Attacker | Bloodlust, True Strike, Piercing | Jared Scar pad fourth place is the main attacker in this battle, because he has a large damage melee equipped with piercing abilities and has Bloodlust which will be active if the target of the attack dies. If Bloodlust is active, then Jared's stats will increase and this will make this monster even more difficult to stop. Jared whose Bloodlust is active and Enrage from active rulesets will put on a very interesting show. |
 Djinn Renova | Attcaker, Support | Strengthen, Triage | In the fifth position, you choose Djinn Renova who as an attacker has 3 damage magic, and as a support has Strengthen abilities that will increase all HP friends, and Triage abilities that will restore HP from the rear tank. This will be very useful considering that Super Sneak rulesets will make all the opposing monsters melee making the rearmost monster a target. |
 Warrior of Peace | Tank, Support | Demoralize, Headwinds | I chose Warrior of Peace as a tank from Sneak monster because it has a fairly high HP. In addition, this monster also has Demoralize ability that will reduce the opponent's melee attacks. This monster will collaborate with Djinn Renova on the back defense. |
You can see the line-ups of the two teams in the picture below. Just like I thought, the opponent's formation is dominated by melee monsters, where Jared Scar is also the main attacker.
The tank used by the opponent is a Shieldbearer that has the Taunt ability, so all my attacks will only focus on this monster. In second place, there is a level 3 Drybone Barbarian who has a fairly large melee damage of 5. The third position is filled by Dumacke Exile who has the highest speed among other opposing monsters. The fourth position is the Chaos Knight who has Shield ability. Jared Scar is in fifth place and in last position is Celestial Harpy.
When viewed from the amount of damage possessed, it is obvious that the opponent has greater damage. Before getting buffs and debuffs, the opponent had 20 melee attacks in one round, while I only had 13 damages consisting of 7 magic attacks and 6 melee attacks.

BATTLEFIELD ARENA

This battle is very interesting because the two teams have balanced strength. Interesting shows were presented several times when Bloodust from Jared Scar was active. But the final result of this battle was very unexpected, where my team who had a very large damage difference from the opponent could win this battle in the sixth round.
The battle begins with a buffing party and debuffs from all Summoners and Monsters. After getting Demoralize, the opponent's number of attacks is 14 melee attacks, down 6 attacks because all enemy monsters are melee monsters. Djinn Renova became the first monster to attack, and immediately activated the Enrage ability of the Shieldbearer. No monsters died in the first round, it's just that at the end of the round my Warrior of Peace only had 1 HP left.
The second round started with Djinn Renova Heal Warrior of Peace so that the HP was restored to 5. Shieldbearer died from a Djinn Renova attack. My Jared Scra Bloodust activated immediately after the Celestial Harpy that is now the target of the monster Sneak died. An exciting show has begun, hahaha 😁
Not long after that, My Pelacor Conjurer also died from the Drybone Barbarians. The first resurrect occurred here, when Pelacor Conjurer was resurrected by Oshuur Constantia. But after that, the Warrior of Peace also died because of the opponent's Jared Scar attack. Now the opponent's Bloodust Jared Scar is also active. A second resurrect ensued, in which Adelade Brightwing resurrected the Warrior of Peace.
The third round began with Djinn Renova restoring the previously resurrected HP Warrior of Peace, but not long after that the Warrior of Peace died again due to Jared Scar's attack. Oh My God, Bloodust from Jared's car is back on. Now the opponent's Jared Scar has 12 melee attacks and the highest speed among all monsters after Enrage was also active due to My Jared Scar's attack on Health. My Pelacor Conjurer died from a Drybone Barbarian attack, and the third round ended after the Drybone Barbarian also died from Adelade Brightwing's attack.
An interesting show has been going on since the beginning of the fourth round, where Bloodlust from Jared Scar's opponent is back active after killing my Djinn Renova. Wow Jared Scar's opponent now has stats of 14 melee attacks with piercing ability, 6 speed, 5 Health and 2 Armor.
Look at Jared Scar's stat above, how much I want to get the rant out of it hahaha. But luck is still with me, because Jared, who has very scary stats, finally died because of an attack from my Jared Scar which currently has 7 Melee attacks. It's like I got the magic of being able to kill an opponent Jared Scar.
There is only Chaos Knight left in this fifth round, but the 8 Melee attack from jared Scar is only able to break the Armor of the Chaos Knight, and it takes 1 more round to win this match.
I finally won this battle in 6 rounds, with the final results that you can see in the image below.
STRATEGY DISCUSSION
I won this match, but I think it's because of luck not because of my effective strategy. Maybe if I replace my Warrior of Piece with a Chaos Knight who has Armor and Shield abilities, it will be more effective. If you are aware, Adelade Brightwing's Repair ability is useless in this battle because there is no Armor in his possession. This will be an evaluation so that in the other battle I don't make the same mistake.
Speaking of Aim True rulesete, I think there are several strategies that can be considered, including:
- Mastery of speed, although all attacks always hit the target, but if we have a higher speed, the chances of us attacking and getting victory will increase.
- Focus on a strong defense that does not rely on RNG. This can be done by choosing a strong tank with large HP and Armor which is supported by Heal, Repair, and Resurrect.
- Don't hesitate to use monsters that have large attacks even though they have a small speed, because you can be sure that all your attacks will not be missed.
