Crazy situation, but can be resolved quite logically:

This is the starting lineup:

Now the difference after the summoner effects have worked:

The difference:
You have magic 3, the opponent 2

Now for the effects:

Simplified:
VOID and AMPLIFY cancel each other out.
Remains REFLECT

REFLECT takes the incoming magic damage and sends half back. This is rounded up:

3 Magic -> 3/2 =1.5 so 2 REFLECT(+1 AMPLIFY -1 VOID)
2 Magic -> 2/2 =1 REFLECT(+1 AMPLIFY -1 VOID)

Please correct me if I am wrong, the more I think about it the more confusing it gets 🤣
