what's up Splinter Player around the world how are you doing?
In this content i want to share about New Training Ground after got updated by Dev team. This Training Ground is really helpfull. Not only just New Player but like me that already playing this game almost 3 years, i still need to practice sometimes. Usually i will practice with @mangomayhem when he is online and i can get new insight especially his cards is more complete than me. Thats why i can get new meta that can be used by my usual deck. And today i am trying Training Ground, you can found it at Ranked Play page.
After you click on Training then you need to choose what league do you want to play, then what card you need to play. Usually i just using Modern Ghost card. Since i need to learn new promo card and how to combine them in meta.
After that you will fight a bot that can arrange by themself. Yep i think the bot quite strong for Hard difficulty. But, not as good as XBOT at that time.
Okay lets try this battle okay.
This battle having only one ruleset that is Counterspell that means all monster units will having magic reflect ability. And Manacap that can be used is 47 which is kinda average. And Element that can be used in this battle is Water, Earth, Life element. Usually people will using either Cryptic or Tofu in this element. But, i dont know what bot will pick.
Okay as i predicted, i think this bot is kinda not expert at all just usual bot, not AI bot at all. This bot using Kelya as summoner which is like regular Diamond Player that does not have any fancy card at all. In this chance i am trying to use Delya. Since i never using it at all. And yeah i often lose to Delya in battle when encountered with player that on Champion Rating. And mostly i am using card like this bot.
And of course in this battle i win. That too easy. I tried couple times to learn some cards, Like Helios, Fizbo, Rune Arcanist. And many more.
Okay my first impression from this new Training Ground.
This features is kinda good for all player not only for newbie player. We can set the difficulties, the card that we need to play. And also we can research about new card that new release. Not all player are rich right, so only few player having opportunity to using fancy card. Like Helios. I just can use it on Training Ground, since i dont have money to bid and fighting the whale.
Then in this Training Ground feature, i can make and combined some meta and can make a new one.
But this Training ground has weakness. That is the difficulties. I know that Sylar already joined on Dev Team, and FYI he is the owner of XBOT as far as i know. So, it better if using XBOT AI for training grounds so, expert player can using it to recreate and remodeling meta. And also team need banned all helper full in this game then make good bot for training ground like this. IT would be better. And my suggestions is please make the bot can using Legendary Summoner too. So, i can feel the battle to Champion Player. Collecting data meta in ranked battle somehow is really a pain. Need 100-120 rating t found new Meta if lucky. If not you will drop the rating till touching down again on Diamond 1. Thats why Training Ground is important for me.
