One of my best Twitter accounts is Splinterlands. It keeps me informed about all the important news in the ecosystem and #Hive posting events like a media challenge. In my opinion, those challenges are an incredible way of increasing the pride of being part of this community, as every player shares his/her game experience with others, allowing others to learn about everyone's successes and mistakes. For this one, as SPS stacking requirements went live, I will share my progress in accumulating this asset and I will write an In-Depth review of one of the Legendaries that we are being rewarded these days: Musa Saline. Hope you like it!
Here I am and here I remain
My short-term mark is to accumulate 60k SPS. So I am on the edge of it! As a Diamond 1 player who strikes Champion 3 every single season to keep earning those juicy Champion Chests, my modifier is around 6.22. I will keep up the hard work to increase this modifier day by day! With this price increase of SPS, now 40 SPS earned passively and daily from my two nodes look nicer, and also the 16,84% APR earned as continued rewards.
I will track SPS's main figures and share them in the posts. One of the most relevant is that the amount of total SPS stacked has increased up to 57% of the total supply. This indicator was around 50% last week. A sign of everybody's compromise on the project. Keep stacking SPS!
Musa, a perfect option to go all into frontline damage
I've been luckily maxing a Musa Saline Gold Foil Legendary, which has brought me to try it with some success in ranked battles. Musa can change the classical Blue Sneak + Opportunity low and mid mana army to a frontline damage army with an equal budget. I don't mean we can forget about Pelacor Mercenaries, Uraeus, etc... But as other reward cards we are being rewarded, it's an addition of combat selections to surprise your opponent. Her toolkit is shown in the following figure:
Bring the action!
Speaking about this wonderful game history, when I joined in 2021, everybody was afraid of Kitty, Llama n Yodin. Instead of nerfing these wonderful cards, the game has evolved into such a deeper complexity where every single card has its role. The more the game advances, the more cards I need to rent. More variety, more summoners to surprise my enemies. Musa brings classical water summoner sneaky army, another option that allows to turn the board around. I faced a 21 mana, Divine Shield n Knock-out and the board looked as follows:
I divide my battlefield into 3 parts:
- Frontline - Frost Wolf balances the extra mana point from Lux vs Kelya so great. Being one less mana and with such natural resilience. This card is fantastic. A serious time buyer that never gets erased easily. I will miss you my friend when you go wild. Supported by Tide Bitter, such a fantastic off-tank for 3 mana.
2.- Musa Saline - take a look at her position. Placed third, and my fastest creature on the board. That means that all my other creatures would benefit from shatter. As long as the battle advance, she would take the profit of scavenging. Finally, she converted a kinda tank that bought enough time for my army.
3.- Support Wombo Combo - Angeling and Merdaali build a fantastic team. just love them. My opponent expected a strong sneaky team as placed a couple of triggers. I leave you the entire battle here. This game is about details! I love this game!
And you guyz? Which are your maxed rewards cards? Is there any particular card you would like me to review, or that you are exceeding expectations? Please comment below!
