Hello! This post is for Splinterlands Social Media Challenge. For this post, I will be sharing about a Major Chest pull that I was able to get my first Rebellion Reward Gold-Foil Legendary (and possibly my first one in my entire collection).
Current Glint Status
Currently, I have around 84K Glint and around 60K Glint waiting for EoS. I am currently trying to stack until 1M for the title, although I usually spend Glints on reward chests.
Opening 20 Major Chests
I decided to open 20 Major Chests with my remaining Glints. I went with 10 separate draws each to avoid getting excessive energies.
Batch 1
I was SO surprised to see the Chest shaking when I clicked. And it was a Gold card too!!! The cost of this batch was only 10K, while that card alone costs 600K! Although the card itself is a pretty bad Leg to use in battle, It is still nice to have a GFL. The other rewards were nice, including generous amounts of Merits and 3 Energy.
Batch 2
I was so shocked with that batch, so I was pretty happy opening this one, despite the results. It is still a Solid opening with 2 Epics, worth around 15K. The rest is not much, though, with few commons and Potion/Merits.
Outro
I really was surprised that I got this GFL! The odds are pretty low, with Major Chests having 2% Legendary chance and 1.5% Gold chance, inside the 33% chance of cards, making GFL chance to be around 0.01%!
