This is the fourth edition of my "Splinterlands KPIs" series, for the period of 9/29/2024 to 10/6/2024, where I track several metrics I find important on a weekly basis to see how our beloved game & economy are developing.

For most KPIs, I put a quick visual indicator as follows:
🟢 Good progress
🔴 Bad progress
🟡 Middling

When deltas are shown, they indicate the week-over-week progress.

DISCLAIMER: Please note that I am not affiliated to the Splinterlands company, so these are just my own opinions on KPIs I feel are important and based on data I can find publicly.

The overall crypto market dipped this week, and SPS and DEC followed. However, the dip was less than some other tokens, leading to a small increase in SPS's rank on CMC.

The SPS burn continued at a similar pace as the previous week, with another ~154k SPS getting burned. DEC burn, meanwhile, resumed to a good pace, with ~11M DEC burned over the course of the week.

Market activity dipped significantly, with an average of $7.5k traded per day. Still quite impressive, but ~26% lower than last week.

We saw a continued increase in daily Rebellion pack sales, which is encouraging. It's still not a huge number, but another ~27% increase week over week.

Promo sales are flat as we wait for the next promo to start (in 2 days! Psyched!).

We got a predictable bump in daily active accounts and daily battles from the new season that started last week.

Daily signups were rather flat, while Spellbook purchases had one interesting day (with 11 spellbooks), however the latter unfortunately did not sustain so it seems the following week will return to the 1-2 spellbooks/day range unless something else happens to change that.

Love this post consistent updates will give insight in the KPI's over time 💪.

I do not like the last two (new players/community) 😒

This is very interesting data collected and IMO very good overall. Increased Rebellion pack sales will definitely help the company and I suspect we should see an accelerated increase as we get closer and closer to the end of the pack sales. Obviously with the increase in pack sales will help with lowering the available dec in the current market...All net positives!!!
