Welcome to my 5th week of harvesting in the lands of Praetoria, last week I didn't have time to put together a more complete report so I had to just make a Dbuzz but in this case I want to share with you the results of my harvests, the current state of the plot market. It seems that the interest in owning a plot has been renewed because the prices have increased significantly. Let's see the prices of the plots of interest to me:

Sean bienvenidos a mi 5ta semana de cosecha en las tierras de Praetoria, la semana pasada no tuve tiempo de armar un reporte más completo así que tuve que simplemente hacer un Dbuzz pero en este caso quiero además de compartirles el resultado de mis cosechas, el estado actual del mercado de parcelas. Parece que el interés por tener una parcela se ha renovado porque lo precios han incrementado significativamente. Veamos los precios de las parcelas de mi interés:
Epic plots are now worth $79 and legendary ones $290, obviously we are talking about Grain plots, our budget is very limited and that is precisely why my focus is on these high-end lands. I see it impractical to get multiple common plots considering that each one of them must have a blocked investment of 50K in Dec, just think about it you invest $70 buying 5 plots but then that means that each one of those 5 plots if you want to put them to production must imply an investment of fixed $175 in blocked Decs without counting the workers, that is already more than half of what a legendary plot costs! Now let's look at the investment of the workers, for example if I wanted to buy the legendary plot with the Hill biome the bonuses would be from the life and dragon classes.
Las parcelas épicas ahora pasaron a valer 79$ y las legendarias 290$, obviamente estamos hablando de parcelas de Grano, nuestro presupuesto es muy limitado y precisamente por eso mi enfoque en estas tierras de gama alta. Veo poco práctico hacerse con múltiples parcelas comunes considerando que debe tener cada una de ellas una inversión bloqueada de 50K en Dec, solo piénselo inviertes 70$ comprando 5 parcelas pero entonces eso significa que cada una de esas 5 parcelas si quieres ponerlas a producir deben implicar una inversión de fijo 175$ en Decs bloqueados sin contar con los trabajadores, eso ya es más de la mitas de lo que cuesta una parcela legendaria! Veamos ahora la inversión de los trabajadores, por ejemplo si quisiera comprar la parcela legendaria con el bioma Hill las bonificaciones serían de las clases vida y dragón.
The best production price ratio would be the golden epic cards at maximum that would cost about $37 each, if we multiply it by 5 we would be talking about $185.
La mejor relación producción precio serían las cartas épicas doradas al máximo que estarían costando unos 37$ cada una, si lo multiplicamos por 5 estaríamos hablando de 185$.
So, as you can see, activating 1 plot, even if it is a common and cheapest one, implies a strong investment and considering that new resources such as stone, minerals and wood will now be added, which will depend on the biome, it is necessary to think much more carefully about the plot you are going to buy because a massive purchase of a plot and its maintenance could ultimately end up generating losses for you without prior planning.
Entonces, como pueden ver, activar 1 parcela aunque sea común de la más barata implica una fuerte inversión y considerando que que ahora se sumarán nuevos recursos como piedra, minerales y madera que dependerán del bioma, se hace necesario pensar mucho mejor la parcela que vas a comprar porque en una compra masiva de parcela y su mantenimiento podrían terminar en última instancia generarte pérdidas sin una planificación previa.
But going back to our plots, we started by collecting the harvest from our common plot and we did not receive any totems but 46K in grains.
Pero volviendo con nuestras parcelas comenzamos recogiendo la cosecha de nuestra parcela común y no recibimos totems pero si 46K en granos.
Now in our epic plot we have had exponential growth, we activated it the last week of December and we are already going to reach 2 million grains. This time we did not get a totem fragment either.
Ahora en nuestra parcela épica sique hemos tenido un crecimiento exponencial, la activamos la última semana de diciembre y ya vamos a llegar a los 2millones de granos. En esta ocasión tampoco conseguimos fragmento de totem.
Here we have the comparison of the total production of each plot, on the left the common one and on the right the epic one. Although in the common plot I have 4 common golden cards + 1 legendary golden card, its production is not even close to that of an epic plot with 5 golden cards at most epic. That's why I think you should plan very well what type of plot you want to acquire and for what purpose, since I have 50K staked in Decs in each one, so I think it's best to have few plots but of high rarity.
Aquí tenemos la comparación de la producción total de cada parcela, a la izquierda la común y a la derecha la épica. Aunque en la parcela común tengo 4 cartas comunes doradas + 1 legendaria dorada su producción ni se acerca a la de una parcela épica con 5 cartas doradas al máximo épicas. Por eso considero que se debe planificar muy bien que tipo de parcela quieres adquirir y con qué propósito ya que en cada una tengo estakeados 50K en Decs por lo que creo que lo mejor es tener pocas parcelas pero de una alta rareza.

The next thing was that I had forgotten to spend the merits of the previous Brawl, I need to upgrade several of my gladiator cards, I hope to be lucky because I haven't placed my battles in this brawl that is ending yet.
Lo siguiente fue que había olvidado gastar los méritos de la Brawl anterior, necesito subir varias de mis cartas gladiadoras, espero tener suerte porque aún no he colocado mis batallas en esta brawl que esta terminando.
2 really interesting packs, 4 rare cards and 1 epic one: Marisol Contuma. This epic gladius is extremely powerful but unfortunately I'm still far from level 2, I hope to be able to get an extra copy with the rewards from this last Brawl.

And well, my friend, that's all in this report of the golden path, I must plan which will be the next plot I buy, what is certain is that the plot will be grain, what I haven't decided yet is if it will be epic or I plan to get a legendary one.
