We have a brand new promo card in Splinterlands, and early speculation has been that this might be the most powerful monster card the game has ever seen. But so far only 1 of these exists in the wild, with an additional card being sold every 25 hours.
So to test this card out we had to resort to ghost card challenges! These challenges allow both players to use every single card in the game, regardless of whether they have the card in their possession or not.
Before the first sale I ran a stream where viewers challenged me and I alternated between using Heloise myself and trying to counter this super powerful card. Displayed below is a condensed version of that stream (unlisted and linked only here on Hive!) that trims out all the "fat" and runs through only the Heloise battles!
Take a look for yourself. Is this card game breaking?!
Of course I would argue the "fat" of the stream still has some quality content! I discussed a lot of different aspects of Splinterlands and we played many battles where Heloise was banned due to the rulesets, as well as some general arena battles while waiting for challengers. If you want to check out the full stream you can do so here. Be sure to turn your notifications ON for my Youtube channel so you don't miss the livestreams in the future!

I think it is so narrow that it will be easier to plan against. The truth is that only a few accounts will have the card, so if you see it in the 5 previous battles, you know to try to effectively plan for it. I've seen some very nice Lily strategies with shield in the tank position to effectively handle Heloise.
